Greta’s Bed-and-breakfast is most excellent.
We stayed three nights.

We stayed here on New Year's to get away from the fireworks with our dog, and it was so peaceful! The property is so calm and serene, the cottages are cozy and have everything you need, and Greta and her dog Ollie were such gracious hosts! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with Greta. Our cottage was clean and comfortable, and was lovely to come back to after a long day out and about. The morning breakfast was a welcome treat, Greta selected wonderful fruit for us to enjoy. Overall, easy to reschedule, easy to check in, and easy to check out. We came out to the hot springs and by accident we found a back yard oasis where we were greeted by Greta and Ollie welcoming us with open arms .We checked in early and Ollie our bell dog showed us to our cottage.We will be back and we are planning a spiritual retreat at the Oasis Thank you Greta and Ollie.Breakfast in bed may I add it was perfect

I cannot express how disappointed I was with my recent stay at [Bed and Breakfast Name]. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was not going to be a pleasant experience. The property itself was in a state of disrepair, with peeling paint, stained carpets, and a general air of neglect.||||The room I was assigned was equally disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, the linens felt rough, and there was a strange odor in the air. The bathroom was barely functional, with low water pressure and a showerhead that seemed to be on its last legs. To top it off, the noise level was unbearable, with sounds of traffic and other guests echoing through the thin walls.||||As for the hosts, they were nowhere to be found most of the time. When they did appear, they were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was a sad affair with limited options and poor quality food.||||In short, my stay at [Bed and Breakfast Name] was a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise anyone considering this establishment to look elsewhere. There are countless other bed and breakfasts in the area that offer far superior accommodations and service. I've asked to talk to the owner, and Greta Zeit treated me poorly. She wasn't helpful at all.||||Just keep your money, Greta doesn't deserve it.

My husband and I, and our little pu[. were visiting a relative in the area. We chose Backyard Garden Oasis because of the good reviews, and Greta did not add a lot of extra charges such as for the pup and /or cleaning charges. Driving into the graveled driveway we were treated by one of the resident dogs, Ollie. His greeting was sweet and animated. All that was apparent was the owner's home and garage. They live in the country. However, behind her gate was a large manicured property and 3 small quaint cabins. Greta (the proprietor) was friendly and welcoming. The cabin was clean and very nicely done. Very comfortable. We felt safe and secure. Greta provided a delicious fresh fruit plate and homemade blueberry muffins. Delicious! We will definitely go back to her Backyard Garden Oasis!

Greta was a great host !! along with her pup 🙂 The cabin is quiet,clean,cozy and very peaceful.I was single gal traveling alone and felt very safe here.While there I checked out the casino hotel and it had an odd vibe and glad I didnt stay there.I was in area for 2 days,the town is small so bring snacks.The skylight in my space was so nice to fall asleep to.The bed was very comfortable best sleep Ive had in awhile. It had a refrigerator,microwave,coffee pot.If Im in area again I would stay here for sure!!! One thing if driving down to Calistoga daily be reminded it is mountain driving with ALOT of curves. Be careful. Thanks Greta for a wonderful stay!!
