This place seems poorly managed and had long wait times on 1/20 evening for 1 sub. I made mine a combo for $15.51 and yet the screen prompts for a tip. The place seemed filthy starting with the soda machine and trash bags past the liners. I would avoid it at all cost and tip when the place seems more presentable and in running order. The food was good, but the rest needs improvement.

I've been to a couple other Firehouse Subs and they are usually nice clean and organized. Thos one was not. Plus I ended up not feeling well the next morning after eating their food the night before.

The employees and manager are always so nice when I come here! There’s always a warm welcome and I’ve never experienced a bad attitude. I enjoy walking in and being able to smile for my entire visit. I highly recommend this restaurant

So today I had to order a catering order for my Company training. I tried my best to get this taken care of but luckily the manager answered my call a few minutes before he even had to. The restaurant opens officially at 10am. He did not have to but he did. He told me to try to order it online first but if I had a problem call him and he would take care of me. As he assumed. I did have a problem. Again he answered and took care of us. The Arlington Valley Plant appreciates Firehouse Subs for taking care of our catering needs.
