Friendly service. They don’t take reservations which is a pain to try and plan ahead. Rooms were not clean to what I would call clean. Needs updating and fixing. The dress hung on one side. The AC/heater smelled. A place to lay your head for the night not a long term stay!

Great service from management and always helpful and friendly. The rooms are good for the price. The full kitchen is great with a full oven and stove. My complaints would be with the cleaning staff. Carpet need to be cleaned and the lady's need to clean better than just spraying and leaving it on the surface. The chemical odor was so strong it made me I'll the first night.

We stayed here only because we did not want to drive too far after a wedding we attended recently. There are not many choices actually in Buckeye, and after reading all reviews on the 3 places we could find, we chose this one. I am so happy we did. The place is clean - both inside and out - and the owners/managers are wonderful. Very kind and polite, and working very hard to make this place go. The room had a king bed, large TV with cable, microwave, and refrigerator. They advertise wifi but we did not check it out. The only thing I would add is a coffee maker. As I said above the room was clean, the sheets even smelled good. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I was happy to find a pleasant, independent motel in this suburb on the western edge of Phoenix. Had hoped to stay over en route to LA the following day for Thankgiving Week. This place offered me a king-size, spacious and very clean non-smoking room with full-size fridge and small microwave set-up, table and chairs, and decent furnishings. Easy in and out, very clean bathroom with everything functional and a large counter by the sink. The only drawbacks were a firm mattress and sound from owner family's quarters sharing my walls. However, I slept through any disturbance and left the next morning refreshed for the remaining six hr. drive into Los Angeles. No coffee or breakfast amenities, but a good place to stay for a decent price. I'd go back! Also, plenty of hot water, very nice since I wanted a bath that night and got a good one!

They are trying to charge $120/night, which is crazytown looney toons pricing. The guy who as answered the phone was rude and called me a profane name with zero provocation. Avoid this place like the plague. Stay right next door for pleasant service, clean rooms, and fair pricing.

We were driving from Orange County to Kearny, Az. leaving fairly early in the day. When we were going through Quartsite, we were phoned with an emergency back home. We stayed (in Quartsite for about 3 hours, trying to resolve the crisis on our phone). By the time we left there and were nearing Phoenix, we were struggling to stay awake, and tried to find a motel. To our surprise, it was Spring Training and there was not a hotel or motel room available anywhere, at any price, in all of the towns leading up to and including Phoenix. We were desperate. We saw a review on Tripadvisor, in the small town of Buckeye, totally off of the 10 Freeway about four miles or so.. We called about midnite, and they had a room. It was quite small and old, but turned out to be a Godsend. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed firm, shower refreshing, (no dank odor). We had a great nights' sleep. Very quiet. This was not a five star, but it was so very welcoming, and we were very greatful for it. The cost was extremely modest, also.... It definitely was our "port in a storm".

It's not the best motel best if you can't find anything else in town I would recommend going here....

The outside of the motel did not inspire confidence, however, it was the first I found, after dark, in Buckeye after I discovered that the Days Inn by the freeway was full. I was made even more nervous when, after checking in, I found that the parking lot was a bit cramped.||||However, upon entering the room, I discovered a room with both the look and all the amenities of a Days Inn, and a very comfortable bed. The walls were a tad thin, being able to hear water going in the shower next door during the evening. But overall, I was quite comfortable and had a quiet, relaxing stay. ||||And for half the price of the Days Inn, it was well worth the four mile drive off I-10 to stay at this motel. Don't expect a large pool or exercise room; this is not, in and of itself a destination. But if you need a place to stay for an evening or two and/or a central place from which to explore the desert or the western side of Phoenix, I can recommend this place.
