We absolutely love this 55+ Resort. This is our fourth time here and second time for the month of November. The staff is always so friendly, especially Duke at the front desk. This time I had the opportunity to learn how to make jewelry at the Lapidary/Silversmith shop with Chris who was awesome and so patient. We highly recommend this Encore property.

We came down with our RV just to check out the resort. We ended up buying a park model as a vacation home.

Everything was perfect. All the other guest were very polite.

Most employees were very thoughtful and polite.

One employee I found (Duke) was rude at times. He would “butt” in while I was speaking to another person. He did this numerous times while we were there.

He was somewhat condescending and seemed to not want to be there.

As I said, 99% of employees were awesome!

The office manager (Rachel) was absolutely the best. She was very helpful when we needed a question answered.

We will enjoy Paradise RV Resort.

The park was immaculately kept, the office staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The RV sites were spacious, clean and well kept. Most importantly to us was the long term people were kind and inviting to us. This always doesn't work this way. We were a short stay resident, yet they treated us kindly and introduced themselves to us.

This was our first time he re. Very large park with a mix of homes and rv's the lots all seem to be the same size which leads to RV sites being fairly large compared to other parks. Wow a lot of amenities like sewing room, computer,stain glass, wood shop, ceramics,silver smith shop exercise room . the laundry room is gigantic and the machines look new they take CSC app ,CC or quarters . nice pool hot tub . Bocce ball .

9/28/24. Checked in at 4:30 . Prepaid and site assigned (1308). Had to wait 30+ minutes for mandatory escort to RV Site. After backing into site employee pointed out sewer connection was under the trailer. Not easily connected. Plan to use WiFi? You have to use your phone as a hot spot. The park DOES NOT have WiFi.|If you R going to be in Phoenix 4 more than overnight, I would suggest finding a more efficient park.

We stayed there because I had an important job to do close to this park. I felt like I had done all I needed to do to check in online but when I got there, there was more paperwork. If there's going to be a VIN number and license plate for the trailer involved. How about a sign out in the waiting area that says you need that information before you go in? Never been asked for that in the 50 RV parks that I've stayed in in the last 2 years.||It took us almost an hour to check in, 43 minutes of which was waiting for a security person to come and park us, because the guy ahead of us in line apparently can't back his trailer up, and witness that I was parked okay. The security guy was surprised at how well I was able to park the trailer on the passenger side, this after he didn't go down the street he wanted to to take us in the right direction. ||The site was obviously not raked, had weeds 12" long in it, or tended to. Gravel on the concrete pad, etc. The hose bib was leaking like a sieve on both sides, needed repacking. Security would not leave until we made sure that we had electricity. Backed up to a wall where there were security lights shining on a public park all night and people were playing basketball and being noisy way late into the night. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it. ||And what made it even worse was that the project I was working on took much longer than I thought, so we got there late and left early and were unable to use any of the facilities that were probably awesome. None of that was the park's fault at all. Just unfortunate events. ||Now that we know the lay of the land we might go back just to check out the fun stuff in that Park, but we really left with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. We've stayed in much nicer places for less money and hassle.

Paradise Encore Rv Resort, Sun City, appears to be a nice place to stay. However its policies may not make it the best fit for short term RVers just passing through. We encountered a problem with one of the policies due to a miscommunication with staff, October 3, 2024.
It is important to note that management was very kind and professional in listening and addressing the issue.

Very clean park. Lots of friendly people. Lots of things to engage in and do. Mostly nice, we'll taken care of homes.
