My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, setting the tone for a comfortable visit. The room was spotless and equipped with thoughtful amenities, such as a mini-fridge which proved to be extremely helpful for storing my medications. The microwave in the room was another added convenience, perfect for heating up my leftover meals.
Accessibility is a crucial aspect for any hotel, and I was delighted to find that this hotel had made efforts to ensure easy access to all amenities. The hotel staff was also exceptional, always friendly and eager to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Their attentive service truly enhanced my overall experience.
In summary, I had a wonderful time at this hotel thanks to its cleanliness, convenient amenities, accessibility, and amazing staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

This particular hotel is not a bad one for the area. However, bad service is another. The GM who goes by Debbie needs her position to be seriously evaluated. I believe it is important to have a very competent leader in a role as a GM because it allows others to follow by example. Unfortunately, Debbie does not exhibit such traits. By allowing your staff to mistreat one another is not an exemplary example for good business. Please reevaluate who you want representing "good business." That being said, again, great hotel for its location of Buckeye, a few good employees, but needs new leadership.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Holiday Inn Express in Buckeye, AZ, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm, friendly, and clean atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.
One of the things that truly stood out to me was how well-managed and maintained the hotel was. Everything seemed to be in perfect working order, from the amenities in my room to the common areas. I didn't have to worry about any unexpected issues or inconveniences, which was a huge relief.
Not having to stress about problems at the hotel allowed me to focus on my own matters and enjoy my stay to the fullest. It's a small detail, but it made a world of difference. I felt truly cared for and appreciated.

The beds are tremendously comfortable. The rooms seem to be exceptionally clean. Breakfast is a major plus! The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available. The workout area has the basic gear for a good workout.

The staff at the Buckeye Holiday Inn was amazing. Flavio was extremely polite and accommodating. He also was very personable and was able to remember our names. The breakfast was a hot and hearty meal which we looked forward to each morning. Debbie the manager was very kind and thoughtful and always was willing to help my husband who has mobility issues

I had a pleasant stay first sure. My only complaint is losing half of my tv channels 2 days out of 5. I also had to wear ear plugs to bed because of the highway noise. All in all I enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to the next one.

I enjoyed staying at your hotel. It was easy to check in and the room was nice and clean. When I booked the room, on the app, it said I was 3 miles away but when I booked it, it was actually 20 miles away. I didn’t get my deposit refunded yet. My stay was on Dec. 1st. Hope you can look into this! Thank you!

Slept very well on bed, and usually we don't. Loved the shower, it was big enough, and spacious enough for a over 6 foot man. The toilet was chair hight instead of on the floor making it easier to get off and on. Thank you.
