Jessica with Dream Vacations planned the perfect trip to Spain for our family. We had only 1 week to spend in Spain and she planned the trip perfectly! We were able to see all the highlights of Barcelona, Monserrat, Madrid, and Toledo without feeling rushed. She also worked in free time so that we could explore on our own. We have already booked future vacations and we know they will be excellent adventures!

From start to finish, the bachelorette trip to DR was amazing due to the prompt communication and attention to detail our travel agent provided. She listened to what was asked. This is the 2nd time I used this travel agent and I will continue to use and recommend her for our trips! The best take away I had was when we arrived to the RIU resort. The lines were long and it seemed that they were understaffed. Some of our room categories were not what we paid for. I sent a text to our travel agent and within minutes, we had everything resolved. We didn’t stand in that long line, our concessions were provided with a smile and the room explanation was provided. I am so happy that I had our travel agent because that text I sent in that moment, and her contacting RIU resort as quickly as she did, resolved the little issue I had. This is one of the main reasons I will continue to use this travel agency! I can rest assure that she would respond promptly and make sure we are well satisfied! The Resort I stayed at was awful. I had roaches in my room, & in my bed. Complained to resort staff & they offered another room for an additional $800 on top of what my friend & I already paid!!! We also had to get multiple key cards because they kept not working & had us locked out our rooms multiple times!!! I will never stay at another RIU or book thru this travel agency.

When I called Kaye House with Dream Vacations to inquire about booking a hotel in St Augustine for me and my friends, it was late in the day. She dropped everything to get it done for us. It would’ve taken me a lot longer to do what only took her a few minutes. Her great service is very much appreciated, and I’ll definitely use her again in the future!
