Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Always parking spots available. You have to scan your room key to get into the hotel. Very good! Every person who worked at the front desk was super polite and super helpful. Their staff is awesome!!! Laundry facility on site and its only $2 to do a wash and $2 for a dryer cycle. Breakfast is really good seeing that it is included. The room has a full kitchen including stove, fridge, dish washer, microwave and the sink even has a garburator. There is a nice BBQ facility attached to the parking lot and they have a list of other appliances (rice cooker, etc) that if you need they can supply at the front desk. The second night there were some loud banging noises three times and all bout an hour or so apart. At first I was thinking gun shots, but being just before Fourth of July and not hearing any police cars, etc....it must have been somebody setting off fireworks from close proximity to the hotel. Nonetheless, I give this property a huge two thumbs up. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice place for the price. Rooms are clean. Bathroom door is hard to close due to small space. Great location for us, as we wanted to try restaurants close to Oro Valley as well as a trip to Sabino Canyon Park. Breakfast was ok; typical roadside hotel food.

There is a huge problem with this hotel. If you end up on the second floor and have “heelwalker” like we did it is incredibly noisy. The rooms are nice. But the noise ruined our stay.

We just came from a 4 day stay at this awesome hotel. I want to give props to all the employees who are working HARD to make this hotel such a great experience. Rooms are VERY clean, nice towels and speedy service when you need something. The breakfast in the morning is nice and we especially appreciated that they put the coffee out an hour or so before "dining hours" esp because we're early risers. The woman managing breakfast is so kind and happy! The front desk staff was great and the location of this place is perfect. (Happiness is being super close to a Dairy Queen (lol) What a great stay--we can't wait to go back! Give the employees a raise! They are most deserving! See you all again soon!

Stayed at this hotel for a conference in AZ. I found the rates to be really amazing. This location is on the main strip and offers lots of local food options within two miles. The hotel is old and they have renovated the rooms with more modern furniture. However, the experience was still disappointing as the bed was uncomfortable and the rooms felt cramped.

The couch, bed, and shower was tiny. I could not shower without standing diagonally under the water. The shower did have a nice shower head, but unfortunately, I just could not enjoy myself. The breakfast was not very good with very limited options.

I loved the staff as they were very accommodating however, the hotel is not deserving of the Marriott name in its current state.

Nice property and loved the pool. Breakfast choices more limited than other Marriott properties that we’ve stayed in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unusually, received an upgrade upon asking (Titanium member) which is rare but was much appreciated. Layla at reception was lovely and so helpful. Great employee.

Very comfortable, clean, and great location. Downsides were that the ac is so loud it woke me up every time it started up, which was about every hour. Having it off just makes the room too warm. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, minor but still inconvenient

We actually really liked this place. The location in North Tucson is perfect; we were dropping our son off at U of A, and while the school is about a 15 minute drive, the neighborhood in substantially nicer than the one near the college. We had booked three nights, and had a last minute event at the school which kept us in Tucson past check out time. We were out about 4:30 pm, and still had to pay for another night ... which is okay because we had agreed .. but not something we would want to do again. |The rooms are clean and well-stocked. Nothing special in any way, but comfortable and homey. We looked at the small pool and decided not to partake ... although it, too, looked clean. |The parking lot filled up in the evening, so we often couldn't park close to the door, but again, that means that this place has a good following. |The front desk staff, while not effusive, was pleasant and helpful. |The breakfast was adequate. |There is no "wow" factor here, but if you just want a comfortable place to be, this fits the bill nicely.
