What a beautiful and comfortable room! Everything was in good repair, lovely, clean and just right. The bed was the most comfortable we've had on this whole two-week road trip. We didn't eat the free hot breakfast, because we had a time crunch, but it smelled very good! ||Tip--for ease in bringing in luggage and belongings--ask for a ground floor room at the back end of the hallway. Your room key will open the back door, and there's ample parking by the back door, even when all the "good" parking nearer the office is taken.

A nice hotel, adjacent to Interstate 10. Some people may be concerned with the noise from the interstate but I didn't notice anything outrageous.

The staff is friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Even in the late night hours, there is always someone present at the at the desk.

The property is clean, tidy, and well maintained. The parking lot is well lit and appears to be secure.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Everything worked properly and the room seemed secure.

Free breakfast is available, 6 AM to 10 AM. It's pretty simple food, nothing fancy. It's enough to get you through to lunch. It's self-service in a comfortable, separate dining room. If you're looking for something more, there's a Denny's Restaurant a short walk away.

If I could rate this hotel ZERO stars , I promise I would . For starters , the workers at this establishment, specially the manager Michaela , is very racist . My partner & I stood at this hotel for 4 days & by the end of our stay we were being accused of “smoking in the room” , we do not smoke , let alone in hotel rooms . Not only were we accused of this act, but we were charged a hefty fee for
this & Best Western does not want to refund us. We feel completely racially targeted . If you are a person of any color , let this be the LAST place you stay . DISGUSTING.

The employees were friendly and gave good service. The breakfast was tasty and changed each day.
As a tip for people staying multiple days, they only perform room service two days a week but the front desk will gladly provide towels, or anything else that needs to be replaced.

The hotel overall is average. The room was a bit dated and the carpet needs replacing. The housekeeping needs a bit of help overall. The beds were fine. Our check in was fine. For an overnight, the hotel is fine, but just OK overall. The area (Ina Road) and location is good.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – POOR LEADERSHIP AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this Best Western location, largely due to the terrible leadership and manager presence. Upon check-in and check-out, I was assured that my incidental fee would be refunded. However, days later, I noticed not only had the fee not been refunded, but I was also charged an additional random fee of $57.28.

I called multiple times to inquire about these charges, and each time I was told that the manager, Michaela, would return my call. Michaela never followed through, forcing me to make seven additional calls before finally reaching her. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Michaela claimed the charge was due to “smoking in the room,” despite the fact that during my stay, the front desk staff (Mar) and a cleaning lady had inspected my room and confirmed there was no smoking.

After finally speaking with Michaela, I expressed how frustrating it had been to call over 10 times and still not get a resolution, only to be treated poorly when I did reach her. Michaela was rude and dismissive, and I can’t help but feel that I was racially profiled due to my appearance, which I found deeply offensive as a Muslim. This experience felt like discrimination based on my religion, and Michaela’s behavior was completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, after this conversation, Michaela went ahead and charged me an additional $192 without any proper explanation or follow-up.

The front desk staff is frequently absent, as they are often performing other duties around the hotel, which left me waiting 26 minutes at check-out before finally seeing Michaela again. It's clear that the lack of proper management sets the tone for the entire hotel.

Overall, this experience was a scam. There are plenty of better places to stay in the area, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The service here is unacceptable, and the management team is doing a disservice to guests. I will not let this issue die; I will continue escalating formal complaints until this is resolved. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Second year staying for almost a week. Great service, accommodations and amenities. Lived accessing my Netflix and Prime on the TV. Food offerings excellent and well prepared and managed. Great location. Nearby amenities including the large trail system. No issues.

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Samantha checked us in. Very pleasant and friendly. After a long day on the road it was nice to be greeted by a friendly person. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The air conditioner was very quiet.
