This is a really great hotel. They have comfy beds! We had great customer service at checkin and our dogs have done well at LA Quinta hotels because the staff are friendly to them. It was very clean and had a good variety of food and drinks for breakfast. Easy access off the highway.

BEST La Quinta I’ve ever stayed at. Cool modern rooms, VERY clean, staff was amazing during my whole stay, they have washer/dryer available, hot breakfast and dog friendly with minimal charge! Wish all La Quinta were like this one.

This is the BEST LaQuinta we've ever stayed at. Very clean, quiet the staff was excellent. Well maintained. The pool and hot tub were excellent. I always stay at LaQuintas when I travel. I must admit, they exceeded my expectations! If your going to Tuscon, I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and quiet

Rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful… Yhis hotel is also great since we travel with our pets. So it’s been our go to when we travel back to California from our holiday trip. This area also has a great selection of restaurants to choose from!!

Positive: The guy that checked us in was great and very helpful. After that absolutely nothing! Negative: The customer service was awful! We were refused room service because ?they were too busy?. Informed all I needed was towels and the trash taken out and was informed they couldn?t do that. I had to go to Walmart and purchase towels & purchase trash bags.

So me and my wife booked a room on Expedia did the online check in so all we had to do is show up and get the room keys. We paid for the room in advance and once we got there I was informed the the cable/TV wasn't working but should be on fixed very soon. The cable/TV came on about 7/7:30 in the am. We didn't want a refund but something maybe a credit but the hotel wouldn't do anything for there guests. We stay at this La Quinta location all the time and so I contacted customer service about this issue.

We stayed a week here. Staff and the rooms were very nice. Breakfast was good and the pool was refreshing. You can walk to a wide range of businesses and it is very pet-friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Clean, easy access from freeway, great bed. Night staff was very friendly Negative: Door had a problem, had to get rekeyed 3 times. Back outside door was dysfunctional, room door didn?t shut unless I pushed on it
