We greatly enjoyed our stay at your hotel last week. Our suite was very nice, and the housekeeping crew did a beautiful job cleaning and restocking things every day. In addition, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with a couple of extra requests that came up. I wanted to give a special shout-out to the breakfast staff member, Manuel, who was a ray of sunshine each morning. His cheerful smile and positive attitude, combined with efficient handling of all the breakfast restocking/cleaning duties, were a highlight of our visit. Manuel is a credit to your hotel. Thank you again and we wish all of your staff a happy new year.

We had a fabulous stay. The rooms were clean. The beds and bed linens were comfortable. There were a variety of hot and cold breakfast items to suit our needs. It is a great location nestled right in Oro Valley. We would definitely stay again.

Due to family illness, I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks. The best part of the stay was the staff. Jada was outstanding. So nice and helpful. Samantha, also friendly, kept the room clean and neat. Another woman with red hair at the desk was also nice and helpful. The breakfast was adequate (the usual hotel fare). Overall, the location and the rooms were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I can’t believe I haven’t stayed here before for staycation purposes when we need to (or want to) stay in a hotel. Not only is the location convenient to Oro Valley / North Tucson, but the experience was really great. The room was spacious and clean, check in and check out were fast, smooth, and pleasant (excellent front desk staff, I liked that), the view was even really good (of the mountains). The bed was comfortable, bathroom had almost everything you need (in my particular case, no soap by the sink, though), plenty of room for clothes and luggage, and I could even use my Roku stick (SO many high end hotels work incredibly hard to PREVENT you from using your own streaming device). Great value for the price. Will definitely return.

The staff was great! Everyone with whom we came in contact (from janitor to the desk staff) was friendly. They had smiles for us every time. The room and the common areas were just tired. There was a ladder and open ceiling in the lobby area the entire time we were there. It never moved. There were 2 places to shower. Only one had soap, and it was the wrong one. I nearly killed myself every time I showered, it was so slippery. There are not enough electrical sockets, and some of them didn’t work. The bed was uncomfortable, and the floors needed a deep clean. Especially the bathroom. Not a daily clean … a DEEP clean. Corners, edges, and everything. Th heat/AC worked really well. The staff turned it off every day while we were out, and the room became musty and smelled bad. And 6 hangers in one closet for 3 nights? Come on. The only reason I might consider going back would be the staff.

I traveled with a large group of teens. Usually we get professional but unwelcoming treatment. The staff was warm, ready with all our rooms, clear and friendly with expectations, and very helpful with everyone in the group. It is clear they know how to support all their guests and are among the nicest hosts we’ve encountered. The rooms were clean and comfortable and ready even though we arrived a little early. As the host informed us at arrival, “We are ready for your group.”

Upon arrival in evening, staffing is too light, leaving one clerk running the entire hotel, it seems.

Indoor/outdoor carpeting in rooms seem dirty. Upon arrival, discovered a dark red pool of liquid oozed carpet, wondering if blood? We picked up foot fungus from showers/bathroom floors.

Staff is congenial and prompt. Breakfast is meh.

Overall, this hotel needs a refresher. I’d remove carpets and replace with hard surfaces, and I’d be disinfecting room surfaces.

I always stay at an IHG hotel when possible. They are always well kept, good staff and good amenities. Having breakfast available is a big plus and is usually very good. The fact that most have a gym even if small is a benefit, since I use it most days for at least a little work out time. Always feel safe and clean at the hotel which is very important to me.
