Tracy and Bright Sand Travel are amazing at creating a vacation to your exact requirements. She selected a number of resorts based on my preferences and gave detailed, personal information on each and let me decide what was right for my last trip. It was an unforgettable birthday trip with friends and family. It was so easy to travel with all of her tips and help along the way. She even checked in the morning of our trip and just briefly during our trip to make sure everything was great. Tracy did an outstanding job in booking our trip, but also in staying in contact with us during the trip. She was very helpful in navigating us through the constantly changing covid requirements and making sure we did not miss anything. She even sent gate updates on our connecting flights, which a couple changed and without her heads up we could have missed our flight. I would highly recommend!!!

Tracy at Bright Sand Travel helped us plan a family vacation to Cancun in the summer of 2018. We gave her our budget and she provided us with a few options to choose from. We communicated over email and once we chose our resort she provided us with all the documentation and made the process very easy. We ended up choosing the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa.
