Well, today is officially my last day ordering from Salad and Go. Clearly, my screen records reveal that I’m a fan of the place.

I love the service—especially when the morning manager isn’t around. Today, I was greeted with “That Lady is Back.” Excuse me, what does that even mean?

When the manager finally showed up, it all made sense. She approached the window with a side-eye and a frown, spinning the order screen around like it was a magic trick. Then she tilted her head as if to say, “Go ahead, as if head tilts interrupted into questions”

I had to remind her, “Ma’am, I ordered online,” while holding up my order confirmation. Apparently, she prefers to avoid window orders when it’s busy, which turns her into the Salad and Go witch.

And let’s talk about those fees! Ordering at the window costs me $5.73, but online it’s $10-$11. If you think I’m going to let your attitude ruin my breakfast, think again.

I care about how I’m treated when I spend my hard-earned cash. $7-$10 every weekday adds up—$50 a week, $200 a month, and $1,400 a year and more. So while the manager may not care, I do.

“THAT LADY” is taking her money elsewhere, where I’ll be respected, appreciated, and treated the way all hard-working customers deserve!

Absolutely loved salad and go when it started! Couldnt wait for it to come to my area...i tried eating there.. over and over disappointed. Last trip was the last straw, ordered a caesar salad wrap, the wraps, originally, we're so big that you could tell they took a full salad and dumped it in a tortilla, rolled it up and gave it to you. It was amazing and delicious. Now this is what I get, I am very grateful, don't get me wrong, for the extra tofu but I wanted a salad wrap with tofu, not a tofu rap with four salad leaves. It's ridiculous that this is the new standard, and im sick of hoping next time will be better, this will be the last time I give it a chance, won't be back.

I have driven past this place for three years. It never looked like it was open, and let’s face it a salad doesn’t sound that good unless a greasy burger wasn’t to follow! Well boy was I wrong!! This place should have a line of cars a mile long!! I tried it for the first time today, and oh my gosh! So so so so quick! And so good!! This will be a must stop every time I pass by!! Truly a hidden gem!!

Today is the last day I will be eating there! Supposedly they are using a new chicken , they no longer sell other chicken, the new chicken m taste rubbery and fake ! It taste like raw meat. I come here for good quality food, guess I’ll be making my own salad at home from now on! Waste of money.

Honestly, this place was a lot better than I thought it would be! The name does not do it for me because salad isn't my favorite. That said, they have some amazing wraps and I would suggest giving it a shot if you like colorful, flavorful, healthy, delicious things. Also, to be clear, just because something is flavorful does not mean it's delicious. But this place is in fact both delicious and flavorful.

A pleasant surprise! And filling! I love the opt of substituting chicken for tofu! And lots of opts! The house made lemonade is amazing and delish I got the blueberry basil and my husband got the cucumber mint! He got a cob with chicken I got a buffalo tufu wrap! Veggies were very fresh

To whoever made my wrap today, chefs kiss!🤌🏻 I can tell it was made with love. Every bite was delicious, no one ingredient overpowering another, just perfectly rolled, fresh crisp tortilla... just amazing. 😂 The cucumber mint tea was freshly made and customer service was on point. Great experience today 👍🏻

I am so disappointed with this location. I got the buy one get one free on the 4th and the salads were smaller than normal and they didn’t even put the dressing in the box— so now what. I never seem to have any problems at other locations in the city but casa grande seems to always skimp
