Need an app and a user profile to take part in deals. I'm so freaking tired of this fast food app culture. I just walked out frustrated cause I couldn't take part in there fish taco sale today. Whatever. Filibertoes is just as good and doesn't require a registered account.

Edit in response: Literally just get rid of the app required for deals. That's all you need to do. There's nothing else you need to look into to make them more accessible.

Have good food but the wait times take forever. Me and my dad came in for an early dinner at 4:30 and we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took forever to get our steak fries and tacos

Came here for lunch at 11am. No wait and the establishment was very clean. Mercedes greeted us as we walked in the door and with a great attitude. Fantastic customer service which is short in supply nowadays. I love coming here and their steak burritos never seem to miss.

Good Rubios food. Ordered the shrimp tacos and street tacos. They definitely didn’t slump out on loading the tacos with meat, plus they swapped out guacamole for sour cream with no fuss. My only complaint is that there was no clean silverware and the soda machines were out of ice. Even after several employees were notified of the ice situation they didn’t do anything. Like I said, good food though.

I eat here because I can get a healthy bite to eat fairly quickly, and it always tasts good. The service is usually good and always friendly. Every now and then I get someone who seems new and struggles a little. Today I got a shrimp and bacon burrito. It was good, but was missing a listed ingredient...the guacamole. 😮‍💨 Other than that, it was great.

The restaurant is mostly clean but a few of the tables feel sticky. Bathrooms are always clean and very well kept up as is the salsa bar.

This Rubios is amazing! Love the staff! Sergio, Lupita,Lena, and Lisa are fantastic. It’s always great to see them every time I’m there. By far my fave quick eat restaurant to visit, the quality of the food is so so good.

These guys are a constant “go to” for my wife and I. Lunch, dinner and late night, Rubios always performs. The avacado salad is my main dish. Over the last couple years I don’t remember ever being disappointed in the food or service. This trip they asked if I would like a cup of water while I waited for my take out. I can honestly say no fast food place has ever asked me that before.
