Definitely what I needed. It's in such a gorgeous nestled area & not crowded for a perfect "Me Day". I loved the healthy food options, classes, and deep tissue massage.

Massage was wonderful however the atmosphere and amenities were lacking. The women’s dressing room was coated in hair, the aromatherapy steam room was broken, had to ask staff to refill tea bags, stains on the bed in the relaxation/waiting room, and the jacuzzi was not hot enough. Not worth the premium price.

I stayed at Civana for a solo getaway and I am so glad I did a spa treatment while I was there. I booked the Revive to Thrive with Julie and it was so healing and powerful. She gave me exactly what I needed. Then I spent the rest of the afternoon in the spa (because when you book a treatment, you get access to the spa area for the whole day!). I enjoyed the hot and cold plunge, the dry sauna, and the steam room. It was so relaxing and grounding. I definitely recommend booking a treatment!

Had a massage here. Spa facilities were excellent - eucalyptus steam, sauna, cold plunge, poolside food service, and all of it clean and well attended to. The massage treatment itself was amazing and very rejuvenating.

Nice place. Booking/billing nightmare. I like the facilities but I will not be returning due to the last experience. I booked and paid for a resort pass for myself and a massage for my wife which I understood includes access to the spa/resort. I'm still unsure. I gave them my ID and card upon arrival but apparently wasn't charged up front. I didn't check but assumed they would ask my wife for payment when she checked in for the massage. They didn't and we left and received countless calls before we arrived home stating that we had not paid. I returned the calls promptly, and waited through endless hold times and transfers until a young man took my card information but could not give me a total. 2 WEEKS later all the charges started coming through and I called to get clarification, never getting through and being sent to voicemail. After 6 emails with little detail and no follow up, I have decided to let it go and never return to Civana in lieu of wasting more time on the matter. If their booking, billing, check in processes were easier I would give a higher rating. As they are not, I say goodbye.

This place is magical! Just did a solo trip for 4 nights - the classes and teachers are amazing, the food is spectacular, the staff is 5/5 stars and honestly I'm leaving so rejuvenated I feel like a billion bucks. Highly recommend for the solo traveler, especially busy mamas!

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Booking was a little cumbersome if you don't book a room with them. It'd be nice if there was an option to book online. I understand giving priority to guests staying at the resort. Perhaps have a questionnaire if you are staying at the resort and if you select yes, you need to provide your booking confirmation number. Then, a number of days before, open it up to non-guests. Other than that, really outstanding spa. Beautiful in every way. Kaitlyn was just wonderful and did a fantastic job on the facial and body wrap I received. I will be back!

Today, I booked a spa day with my mom. It's a very nice and clean spa with lots of amenities. However, I had requested an add on service when booking but during the service it was not added. I asked my therapist where my additional service was. She was nice about it, left talked to a manager, and said they knew about it. When booking I requested the add on service three times (no joke) obviously it was never booked which is fine but it would have been nice for a manager in the service industry to address it-it's their job afterall. We had lunch near the pool afterwards, it took 30 minutes for anyone to serve us or even acknowledge us. I had to go to the front desk to request someone to help us. We waited another 40 minutes for lunch. We also were charged more than what the spa service menu said on the website. My mom asked about it and it wasn't really addressed either. I feel like customer service is pretty bad here. It's hit or miss. I wouldn't book here again and the little details that make customer service important are greatly missed. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere where people pay attention to their customers needs. I dropped $600 here for spa services and lunch for very subpare customer service. I sadly though wouldn't recommend. You can have an amazing looking spa but if customer service is bad it's not worth it.
