I want to start by saying I did not take my trip. It was going to be the Hawaii trip, but my wonderful travel agent at Casablanca, Patricia, was genuinely concerned about how close my connecting flights were booked together and spoke with management to not only refund my money, but make the situation right. She was so nice to talk to and did also offer me a very generous upgrade package but I unfortunately had to decline due to personal circumstances. She was so honest and that’s hard to find in this industry.

We did not have a good experience with this company. We were connected to them through a package offered to us after listening to a timeshare spiel. This company ended up making us jump through a lot of hoops in order to take our trip. We also had to pay fees that we weren’t expecting to pay, and at one point There was a confusion and they canceled our trip and I had to fight to have them set it up again. The service agents were disrespectful on the phone and they communicate with their customers through mail, so be prepared for that. All in all, I would not be traveling with Casablanca express in the future. It is not worth the time, energy, and MAYBE $20 you are saving to work with them to plan your trip.

Worst experience ever. We trusted this company to book a trip to Disneyland for us that they promised for 3 days. The 3 days was really just 1 day because two of those days is travel. We paid their deposits months ahead of the trip and asked for certain dates within the windows that they gave us and they said the dates weren’t available anymore within 1 month of the trip so we tried to schedule something for the end of this month in February. They said they never got our confirmation letter back by November. We never got a confirmation letter with dates confirmed because they told us we would t hear anything until 6 weeks before the travel dates. Since they never received a confirmation letter back from us, they just let it go and said if we wanted to take the trip we would have to wait till August. We requested a full refund of the $340 deposit and they can’t even give it back to us any sooner than 30-60 days. Avoid this company at all costs. They are a joke and shouldn’t be trusted with your money.

Worst experience with these people trying to get them to actually fulfill. The vouchers has been the hardest thing. It’s been three years for me. I sent in deposits and paid taxes for the trip and still was not able to ever get one actually booked. They’re not helpful. I emailed four different times Called multiple times and never really get help. I need. Don’t waste your time. They’re a scam artist.

Update: after several months and talking to the BBB, they finally got in touch and sent the refund. It was overall a nightmare experience, and they tried to make it right by sending an extra $100, so I'm willing to raise the review to 2 stars. But they only responded when the BBB got involved.

It's a scam. Like most people on here, we paid the deposit but ended up cancelling when we found out it was a terrible trip. They never sent the refund, and after dozens of times trying to call, they would never respond or return calls. Patricia was awful, always trying to pan us off to customer service and never returning calls. Customer service was rude. Any time we actually got through to someone, they would promise to send the refund "as soon as they got off the phone."

Terrible experience. They make it seem like they are providing you with a great trip at a resort and then you find out you are receiving a 1 star hotel location! Then when you ask for the money back (I spoke to Patricia), they don't even send it! She didn't even provide me with her extension. I had to look through my emails which took a lot of time and end up finding some other name and then when you call back with the long wait they end up stating they don't have anyone by that name and then ignore you, and suddenly put you back on the waiting line. RIDICULOUS!!! The manager Julio did not even call me back when I made complaints. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back to cancel another trip because I was "gifted" this additional trip because I complained in the past but I am absolutely fed up with this place and just want to cancel everything and better get my money back ASAP!!! Will make sure I caution whoever I know to NEVER EVER go with this company. TOTAL SCAM

Beth is AMAZING!! People keep writing bad reviews because they are not reading the fine print. YES you have to pay the taxes to get the vacation. We paid $400 but it covers the round trip airfare and a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas. We would have paid double or triple the price for all of this.

Beth has been amazing helping us book our cruise and flights. We’re excited to cruise in a month!

Absolute scam… I paid 50$ to redeem a trip 100$ to upgrade the trip, then they charge me another 150$ to book the room because they are “expensive right now”. Then I get to the hotel and am charged another 150$. The security deposit was 300$ nobody told me about this, parking wasn’t free is was 20$ a day at the hotel they booked me. My room didn’t have a fridge,microwave, non slip mat on the shower floor, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. When I pulled out the iron board it fell into pieces all over the floor. The room was unappealing in general too. Aswell as the gift card for 200$ at dining advantage. Nobody made it clear that it was 200$ worth of coupons when I was upgrading my package they made it seem like it was 200$ of food served at the casino almost like a gift card. Let alone the coupons didn’t even work when I tried using them at the correct location. I believe these guys are a business model made to scam this is not a rewards program like it was pitched to me from my jewelers who gave me the trip to redeem. It’s just another way for them to pull more money from you and give you a terrible experience we actually ended up leaving our trip a day early because it was so unappealing and bad vibes.
