The food was amazing. I am a little bit of a Mexican food snob as I live in a community where there are many Hispanics and therefore many authentic Mexican restaurants.
They could easily compete with the restaurants I have eaten at.

Service was excellent. Our server was a young man, I believe, Gabe. Very helpful, sweet, and gave just the right amount of attention to our needs.

I love the Hispanic vibe they presented and the painting on the wall was tastefully displayed.

When I come back into town, it is on my list of places to revisit!

Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I had the fish tacos and they were delicious! I also got the prickly pear margarita on the rocks with a salt rim! I would definitely go back! We were seated outside by the fire. It was a company Christmas party so there was a large group of us. Everyone had a good time!

Food is delicious. Simple, but delicious. This restaurant has the potential to be the hottest spot in chandler but they lack a leader. The restaurant is run by kids under 20. I’m all about empowering the younger generation but they need guidance. A manager that enforces consistency in food, uniforms, and service. Please do better. My family and I come here for the food but are wildly dissatisfied in the other areas that a quality restaurant needs.

Food is wonderful. Online ordering is awful and non existent.
Regardless of opening a new account or as a guest, the web site comes back saying "Unable to find a store nearest to your location." I live in Sun Lakes-85248 and want pick up. Very frustrating can't create my order in advance for a later pick up. They obviously don't have someone testing their website. Try to leave a complaint, and can't get past the location.

Popped in for the first time as it looked like a solid place with a great outdoors. A bit to hot to enjoy the outside so sat at the bar.

Tortilla soup was anything but authentic but was actually decent just more of a stew.

Steak tacos were better than expected. Good flavor in the meat and the Avocado salsa it comes with was good and pretty spicy.

All country music when I was there and the service was a bit slow although it got decently busy for 1 server.

May go back to try again at some point but not going out of my way. Place has a lot of potential.

Had a weird experience. Sales tax has been miscalculated the last couple times. I brought it up and the waiter did not address it. The bartender got in my face, whom I had no interaction with. Then, the manager got in my face after I paid the bill about a service fee. I never brought that up. Staff needs management as they're 21or younger. I would give them a ZERO on service, but verbally attacking a patron is strange over $3. I stated we wouldn't be back and they said my 8 year daughter and I could leave. Too bad, this establishment has potential.

Tried this place 3 times in last 2 years. First time food was good, service was slow. Second time, sat us down and server never came, walked out. Third time service was slow, some food was good, other dishes came out cold. Did I mention service was slow? When we were leaving, a food delivery truck was blocking whatever minimal amount of patrons were there. Asked them to get it moved, waited 5 minutes. Truck still there. Went inside upset and asking to talk to manager, not sure if it was manager that came but she told me that I should have talked to her sooner with rude attitude. Place not managed well and is not worth the time….

I've been eating at La Casa Blanca since it very first opened. As a matter of fact, I remember when it really was a White House and people lived in it!
I especially like the atmosphere on the patio and the front bar/dining area. The back dining room doesn't have as good of a vibe. The patio has outdoor fireplaces and lots of trees and shade.
Our server was a great young lady. Friendly and efficient! Kept the chips, salsa and beverages full at all times.
The chips aren't as thin as I like but they're good. The salsa is quite spicy...not pico.
I ordered my regular, Pollo Fundido, and my husband ordered Enchilada Blancas with chili verde. We split our two dishes and I preferred his! I'd order that again! I feel like the portion sizes here have shrunk since I last ate here.
My dad had the Sonoran Enchiladas and my sister had chicken fajitas. We all enjoyed the meals but I can't say this is my favorite Mexican food. I have other restaurants I like better.
It was my dad's birthday so they gave him a complimentary dessert!
