The sunset ride was truly beautiful. The horses are very well trained and cared for. Our wrangler guide was very knowledgeable and shared interesting stories. The owner was very accommodating to my medical needs and made sure the guide was also aware. I felt like I was riding with life long friends. They were so friendly and personal.

Our Female Friends Over 50 Facebook group organized a couple trail rides with MTM and had a great time. Patty and her guides were amazing. So organized, friendly and accommodating to our large group of ladies. The horses are beautiful ,well taken care of and great at navigating the desert trails. I’ve ridden at numerous ranches and MTM is the best!

My family and I visited MTM Ranch from Washington state today. We took the one and a half hour trail ride and had a wonderful experience. We were each assigned a suitable mount as most of the people in our group were very inexperienced Riders Our guides, Blake and Verna Were excellent teachers. They had a lot of interesting information about the terrain and plants And kept safety as a top priority.
If we ever visit this area again, we would love to do another horseback adventure with Patty and MTM Ranch

This place was absolutely awesome! We had never been to Arizona and decided on the 2 hour trail and it didn’t disappoint! The guide explained all the amazing wonders of the Sonoran Desert, the wildlife, the climate, plant life, etc. We even came across a rattlesnake and a gopher snake during the ride. Thrilling, dramatic views of nearby Elephant Mountain and the desert landscape were abundant while the guide provided photos from her personal camera. I highly recommend this ranch for a wonderful horseback riding experience in the Phoenix area!

A True Heaven on Earth
MTM Ranch is proof that the spirit of the Old West is still alive and well. Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting Patty, the ranch owner, along with Blake and Berna. I joined a 2-hour trail ride with my coworkers, and I must say, there were many moments when my mind wandered as I connected with the land and felt history coursing through my veins.

As a gaucho from South America, I can confidently say that MTM Ranch offers an unforgettable experience that will stay with you forever. If you're anywhere near Scottsdale, I highly recommend taking a ride at MTM Ranch.

First of all and most importantly this is a very well run establishment with a set of rules that are for your safety and the safety of others. Patty lays it out with simple rules to follow. She has seen many things happen on her watch and only want to avoid unhappy situations. Second of all the guides/ranch hands were very friendly and gave great instructions on how to handle the terrian on your horse. And last but not least, the views were simply amazing! Oh and my horse Joe, let's just say I fell in love. He was such a good boy and easy to handle.

I ride with MTM at least a couple times a year. Patty and all the wranglers are amazing and the horse are too! The wranglers always have interesting info to share about the area and they take such great care of their wonderful horses as well as the trails. Thanks for the great experience! I highly recommend this stable!!
