Absolutely had a ruined experience. In the morning I was barged in on while I was sleeping with no clothes as well as my wife. Completely humiliated to have a staff member come in with my wife and myself like that. Do they not comprehend how if someone stays two nights they’ll be in the room during this timespan I was going to come back twice a month for my trips and recommend highly but not anymore. Was good at first until they stole from me. $100 deposit fee never returned. Lies. $320 for two nights plus $100 deposit fee such a waste would have camped in my car if I knew they were going to steal from me. Cleaned the room and made my bed after too, no way and unacceptable. Also called and asked about my deposit back and their response was “call your bank”. Bull poop, what is their problem it’s only $100 send it back.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great pillows. When we checked in, we were told best place to see the sunset. We were pleased to have followed his suggestion! He also gave restaurant suggestions.
This motel is great location and good value to explore the area.

I thought this was going to be like a motel vibe and when we got into the room it was extremely clean, it was nicely layer out and the room was very spacious. We had a view of the mountains and it was so beautiful. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips

Horrible customer service! Never retuning to this place!!!! Everything was great when checking in, the guy was friendly and he even convinced us to upgrade to a room with a hot tub for of course, an up charge, we decided to do so since we were there for a special occasion, the room was very nice but when we wanted to use the hot tub in the room as soon as we turned on the jets, black stuff started to come out and the bottom of the tub was slimy and had black debris build up. We obviously did not use it as that was disgusting! Since it was close to mid night we decided to wait until the following morning at check out to let the front desk know. He seemed shocked when I let him know and asked me if I was sure and immediately said why didn’t I let him know last night then? After talking more about it he said he would go check the room out after our check out and if it was true there would be a refund. Days pass and I don’t hear or see anything back on card so I call them. A different person answers who was extremely rude about the whole thing and said I needed to call back the next day and talk to the guy who checked us out. So I call the next day and a different guy answers and gives me the run around the whole thing and says that I got a credit at the time of check out which was not true, I even called my bank to check my statement. After talking to a few people for several days NOTHING got sorted out, not even an apology. Awful customer service! Do not stay here, staff may be nice at first but they will not help when there is a problem. Bad experience for sure.

Humiliating experience. I am traveling for work, we can’t get permits until after the first of the year so I’m stuck… used Priceline to book my room. Arrived at the property and told him I had two service animals. First one I’ve had for almost 8 years. She is my hearing animal. Lost my hearing due to sicca syndrome. Three years after that, i was diagnosed with systemic sicca and my auto functions such as heart rate and sugar have become an issue. The hearing service dog was not trained for this and have a service dog for this. I travel and stay in motels 10 months out of the year. He flat out basically called me a liar. I’m jumping through hoops trying to get my room canceled and he’s steadily on the phone … I see him saying my name on the phone and he’s aggravated and raising his voice. I’m sitting here shaking because I’m on hold with Priceline trying to cancel. I mean it’s $201 a night here… and it says “processing” on my business card. Both of my dogs are highly, specifically trained. I’m absolutely embarrassed. My service animals allow me to still work and provide for my entire family. Not recommended. When you read reviews, sort them as lowest first, you’ll see very quickly that this isn’t the place to stay.

Had to dispute the next day. He canceled my reservation but still took the money. Got an email this morning saying my payment had processed. Having to jump through hoops. He flat out called me a liar for having a service animal. Flat out refused, raised his voice on the phone with Priceline… Priceline had to tell him 4 times to give me back my phone. Absolutely HUMILIATED. ALL OF US THAT HAVE BEEN DENIED FOR HAVING A SERVICE ANIMAL SHOULD FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. THIS MAN DELIBERATELY BROKE THE LAW AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME FOR HAVING A SERVICE ANIMAL. PLEASE DO SEND ME A MESSAGE AND LETS SUE THIS OWNER FOR DISCRIMINATION… then he gets on here and replies saying they’ll look into it. This is how he gets away with discriminating against the ADA and those with disabilities.

It was a Saturday, it was my two best friends and I. We had just went through bad breakups. Decided last minute to drive from the valley and we were able to book here on our drive up. The front desk service was amazing. He was so sweet, kind and thoughtful. He let us know that this area is safe and crime free and even made sure we were fed and pointed us in the direction of a local bar across the street. The rooms are nothing special, but they are quaint and cozy. I needed this last minute trip so much and this was the perfect place to rest.

This motel is in Oak Creek Village, about 15 minutes drive from downtown Sedona. Large, comfortable and clean rooms in a peaceful area, but within walking distance of restaurants and bars. I was warmly welcomed by Paresh(hopefully that is the correct spelling) and he talked about cricket-despite being English, i understand nothing about it. Upon returning from PJs bar across the road I had a great chat with Paresh- i’d come back just to talk with him - hope you get to Lords my friend.
