Sits right on a main drag, but rooms sit back behind building and are quiet. Pool offered with hot tub but not heated year round. Rooms are comfortable enough, better than motel 6 or 8, but not quite a Hilton. Comfortable enough though.
Ice is available at front desk - they give you a bucket for the rm. Channels all work on TV & parking is ample. Pets welcome. Mini fridge & microwave with coffee maker & dinette table. Beautiful vistas all around to wake to.

5 stars all the way! Great value. Family-run property. Room was comfortable, clean, & quiet even with a sold out property. Although I didn't request it, I received daily housekeeping. It was appreciated! No protein for breakfast, but the snacks, coffee, tea, & juice were perfectly fine. Grocery stores, Starbucks, many restaurants all within walking distance. You're also close to all the popular hiking trails. Parking is free..

I can’t remember the last time I felt such a warm, welcoming atmosphere during a hotel check-in. This family-run business truly reminds me why I love to travel: meeting amazing people. Throe greeted us at 7 PM and was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. He offered some great recommendations, and we had a wonderful conversation.

The room was perfect—clean, spacious, and quiet. There are nearby options for dining and activities as well. The following morning, we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast that exceeded typical hotel standards, offering plenty of choices.

Additionally, the location couldn’t be better. It’s only a 5-minute trip to the airport, where you can catch a beautiful sunrise, and another short 5-minute journey will bring you to a spot perfect for stargazing. Be sure to ask Throe for details.

This small family run motel is a great option for short stay in Sedona. The room is clean and comfortable and the grab and go breakfast is a welcome, nice touch. The room is very quiet even though you are right on the main drag. Motel is in super-convenient location close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed my stay here. Easy check in/out process. Great location and price. Had everything I needed. It was quiet and the hot tub was an added bonus after my hikes. Will look to book here first next time I come to Sedona.

We were in town for a wedding just up the road and it was a great hotel with a great location. Many of the guests at the wedding stayed here and we all really enjoyed our stay.
From checking in Thor was very accommodating to us needing to check in a bit early and very informative on amenities. The rooms aren’t super updated but the beds are clean and comfortable and the hotel is small enough that it’s got a lot of charm. It was also one of the very few hotels in the area that would allow for a single night stay so we really appreciate that.
The only thing I would say was a bit hard is parking and that it is tight on one side of the building but still very manageable.

Friendly staff/owners. Hot tub was clean and hot. Rooms were clean, everything worked. The price was great. We walked for food and groceries. I look forward to staying there again.

great location! room service was awesome and kept the place very clean and replaced all the towels. Couldn’t ask for much more- warm and spacious room with all i could need, great location in downtown sedona area, very fair prices ! best bang for your buck.
