The location is great if you want to be near the downtown shops. David was prickly & inpatient with us after the check-in information was not provided as we expected. Maybe we caught him on a bad day but his disposition definitely detracted from our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough.

Booked directly on the SUS website and despite the sus name (my gen Alpha kid’s eyes are rolling so far back in their head!) this place is anything but. Well appointed CLEAN room (we were in a junior suite), easy parking, and so close to everything in uptown Sedona. Communication from Dave (property manager is another 10/10). Will absolutely stay here again.

All round great experience. The suite was very nice and well maintained. The location couldn't be better. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We had a problem with the door lock. I called the owner and it was fixed almost immediately. I definitely recommend this place.

Travelling solo. It was the nicest room I stayed in this whole trip. Nice sized bed and clean room. Good location. There is no lobby or front desk by the way

We recently stayed at Sedona Uptown Suites for our 2 year anniversary and it was the perfect little spot! Rooms were clean and the patio was nice to hang out and have a drink at after dinner. It was walking distance to everything, which was great. It was quiet and we didn’t have any issues with noise or parking. It was so nice to have a small kitchen as well that was stocked with all you needed. Plan to stay again on our next trip!

This place is beautiful, tucked away on a side street but walking distance to everything uptown sedona has to offer. We got the suite with two rooms, living room area, kitchen and large bathroom. Perfect accommodations at a great price point. I also enjoyed the propane fire pit and outdoor lounge area. Perfect getaway and really close to trail heads.

We loved the Juniper Suite with 2 king beds, Room #106. Clean, roomy, quiet, great views out the window, patio and free parking just outside the door, short walk to downtown shops and restaurants, 7 miles from Slide Rock State park, easy check-in/check out. Highly recommend on your next visit to Sedona.

This was our first time staying at Uptown Suites and everything was perfect. Room was perfect size for us, very clean. Location was near everything. Traffic was bad some nights, so we were lucky we could walk to restaurants, shops, and brewery. (Sedona Beer Company) fabulous beer and great food! Service was great. One afternoon, we were locked out, called the number and was fixed immediately. We will be back and will make sure we can stay here again!
