I have 3 kids and they are young. So I need a large and many beds. This place is perfect for this condition. The king-sized bed, queen-sized Murphy bed, and double-sized sofa bed were enough for our family to sleep comfortably. The moody fireplace and the full kitchen were enough to prepare meals suitable for the kids. I regret not bringing my swimsuit and not being able to use the spa or pool. I was also satisfied with the hygiene of the place and the kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this place. I regret not staying longer.

This place was wonderful! We really loved the massive loft villa and couldn’t believe all of the space! The location was quite central and close to great shops and landmarks. Unfortunately my family was unwell and unable to make use of the pools and other amenities, but we loved the villa itself. Our only complaint was the pressure to attend a vacation club open house. We were only there for one night due to illness and even with such a short amount of time they really pressured us to attend their info session. They also asked some prying questions about what we paid for our villa. It was uncomfortable, especially when I mentioned multiple times that I had to get to our room because my son was so sick. It was a bit sneaky how they set this up as you had to get your parking pass from the person who pitches the vacation club. I hope they stop this aspect of check-in. This is the reason for the one star rating for service. Otherwise, it was a fabulous place to stay!

There were six people in our villa. All slept well. Location was close to everything. The outdoor jacuzzi was amazing. Kids could either swim inside or outside (2 pools). Friendly staff at front desk. I shopped around for an affordable accommodation & found this. Very reasonably price for what you get. I used the washing machine room. Got coins from the store next door. You can park your car right in front of your villa. There is a huge tv in the living room. Another in master bedroom. Fantastic bed, pillow, & sheets. We loved the ample kitchen amenities. Recommend for sure.

Our stay was excellent. The check-in process was easy. We had a studio with no oven, but a microwave was sufficient. The resort was quiet. The walk to the back of the resort was a lovely path with fountains and a brook. There were grills if you wanted. The location was phenomenal! Just a few minutes to grocery stores, casual restaurants (try Senor Bob's Burgers and Casa Jose) and fine restaurants. Just off 89A so accessibility was great!! A day trip to the Grand Canyon was beautiful!

The room we had was amazing. |Large and Spacious, with all the amenities! |A little library, dinette area, mini kitchen, even included all the utensils needed. (They had a single counter cooktop, we had steak!) |The beds were very comfortable. And the weighted style blankets were perfect. |The bathroom was absolutely huge, we quickly realized we were in a handicap room. Oddly we have been getting these rooms more often with hotels. Com but anyway, compared to those it was set up nicely. No water leaking into the floors when showering, 2 shower heads at different levels with one being detachable.| It was really an amazing room, wish we could have stayed longer. |The hotel shared property with another hotel, so we had access to 3pools (indoor and outdoor) Spas, activity center, gym. |It truly is a hidden gem and is definitely on our saved list! Price point was great, we definitely felt we got our money worth and then some!

My hubby & I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfy. The bed and linen were lovely!|The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook, which was great as we didn’t need to eat out all the time. The|pool area is nice & relaxing. |The location is walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, Starbucks & restaurants. You need to drive approximately 7 minutes to Uptown Sedona, (the tourist strip) with funky shops & cafes.|Unfortunately the apartment was very dark, so the lights had to be on all the time. Although we were in a non smoking apartment, the one next door was a smoking apartment so this wasn’t nice for us when the guests next door decided to sit in their back patio and smoke. |I’ll be mindful in future to not book hotels that allow smokers!

This resort is in West Sedona so you will be away from the main shopping area if you stay here. As far as it being a resort-it isn't. There is a pool which I never saw because it is a bit of a walk from some of the units and hidden in the middle of a group of buildings. One evening there was a bombastic, strange guy who brought a telescope and was trying to entertain a small group in the parking area with his knowledge of the stars. I would ask questions and he would ignore them so I left after about 15 minutes. But, really this place is just a group of condos, where every word spoken in the next apartment is easily heard. It is not walkable. There is a health food type store that you can walk to in a pinch but not much else that you could get to safely. I am not into crossing four lane roads with an additional turn lane myself, even with a light. The unit had been updated with attractive paint and tile flooring. There is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric frypan for cooked at home meals. Wifi is included . The television placement made watching from bed a little difficult as it wasn't possible to pull it into a convenient position. The bedding and room were comfortable.

Staff was great, friendly. Our place was spotless and everything was in working order. Nice to have a kitchen and there are plenty of grills to cook own meals. Daily/nightly activities; best one is the stargazing Monday night (a guy brings out HUGE telescopes and points out amazing star clusters, planets (including seeing Saturn and it's ring) etc. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice/clean. Gym facility is small but nice with good machines. ||Beds were a little soft for my liking but adequate. ||Coffee is weak (but typical for these places).
