The office staff was a little odd. But they were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were gorgeous. Lots of towels, clean rooms. Linens were excellent crisp and fresh smelling. A Quiet place. Much better than a motel room. By far. The jacuzzi was clean and large and well lit. The game room was old, but spacious and fun. We will be returning! Love it!

The room we had was amazing.
Large and Spacious, with all the amenities!
A little library, dinette area, mini kitchen, even included all the utensils needed. (They had a single counter cooktop, we had steak!)
The beds were very comfortable. And the weighted style blankets were perfect.
The bathroom was absolutely huge, we quickly realized we were in a handicap room. Oddly we have been getting these rooms more often with hotels. Com but anyway, compared to those it was set up nicely. No water leaking into the floors when showering, 2 shower heads at different levels with one being detachable.
It was really an amazing room, wish we could have stayed longer.
The hotel shared property with another hotel, so we had access to 3pools (indoor and outdoor) Spas, activity center, gym.
It truly is a hidden gem and is definitely on our saved list! Price point was great, we definitely felt we got our money worth and then some!

Stayed as a family of 5 Christmas week. What a wonderful place. Condos were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had two places connected and it was totally worth it.

Full kitchens. Hot tubs. And much more than that.

Terrific location to all things Sedona and Arizona!!!

This is the best place to stay in Sedona! A friend surprised me and booked a weekend here! The condo was spotless, very roomy and fully equipped. I adored the comfy king bed, fireplace and jacuzzi tub! I couldn’t have asked for more. We wanted to stay longer.

I could live in this place. Roomy studio, hot tub around the corner, laundry room too. I booked 2 nights during the week and wanted to extend, but the price had doubled for two more nights using hotels dot com.
Comfy bed, 3/4 kitchen with a neat little induction cooktop and cookware, good lighting and plenty of hot water.
They tried to push a timeshare presentation on me, but I resisted.
A very nice place to homebase from for Sedona adventures.

An olay place to stay near Sedona. When we got there, there was someone already in the room we booked so they scrambled to find us a place to stay for our trip. Not anyone's fault really but it does show they have a lot of room for improvement.
We stayed in a studio which was just a little bit bigger than a normal hotel room. The walls are SUPER thin so be ready to hear your neighbors all the time. This was honestly pretty terrible especially when we wanted to sleep in or stay up late.
The hot tubs were nice but the rest of the amenities were only so-so.
You are not able to walk anywhere from the resort except for a small grocery store. It's a 5 min drive into Sedona and it's along a stroad so it is not walkable at all. There are better places to stay in Sedona

Very nice space. Pullout beds were uncomfortable to sleep on, but they always are. With a group of six, we were able to juggle the one shower as there are 2 seperate bathrooms (toilets). Appreciate the full kitchen and washer/dryer as we stayed a full week. Kids loved the pools. Hot tubs were nice. Mosquitoes like both areas, particularly in the evening. More Mosquitoes in the Sedona area than we had anticipated: bring bug spray. Appreciated the grocery store and pharmacy just around the corner. Hiking in the area is phenomenal! Will definitely have to come back for more!

No room service or change of sheets. They count number of towels when you exchange for fresh ones. You can also clearly hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbors talking and running. Bathroom smell like stinky locker room in high school gym.
