This resort is so nice and serene. Amazing accommodations and the service is impeccable. Great food and the room service is very quick. We did a creek side cabin and brought our two little dogs. They had provided dog beds, food/water bowls, toys and treats for them when we arrived. The room was plenty big, modern, but still a cabin-feel. We spent a lot of time on the patio of our room by the creek, as well as at the restaurant patio and creek area. They even charged our Tesla to full charge at the resort while it was parked there, so we didn’t have to stop to charge on our way home. I had high expectations based on the price and its reputation, but it even exceeded those. We will absolutely be coming back for more stays in the future.

“Breathtaking Location and Spa, Rooms Need Updating”
L’Auberge Resort in Sedona is a serene escape, perfectly situated by the picturesque Oak Creek. The sound of the water and the stunning natural surroundings make for an unforgettable experience. The spa was absolutely phenomenal—one of the best I’ve experienced—with attentive staff and treatments that left me feeling completely rejuvenated.

That said, the rooms could use some updating. While comfortable, they’re starting to feel a bit dated compared to the rest of the resort’s high-end feel. With some renovations, this place could be flawless. Overall, the location and spa alone make it well worth a visit!

The service and location made this a great experience, but the room makes me not want to return. When booking the room, there are many different options. I believe if we would've booked a cottage, the experience would be different. However, we booked what appeared to be a standard room.... and the rooms in the main building were SO loud. Once people in the building were up, we were up. It's almost like there wasn't ANY sound proofing in the room. We were also across from what looked like an office or working closet. So we could hear workers going in and out multiple times per minute every morning. It was the opposite of peaceful!

Beautiful property. Super clean and very relaxing. The staff are very nice and helpful. Wonderful amenities. Great bar, restaurant, spa and gym. Softest towels ever! Great location. Very close to hiking and shopping. This was my second visit and I look forward to visiting again.

My husband, pup, and I drove up from Phoenix to get away for a couple nights for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We had high hopes, but L'Auberge exceeded our expectations! It really felt like everyone went above and beyond to be accommodating and make this special for us. That's rare to find at any price point. Not to mention, all the love they gave our rottie girl! Staff was availble, but did not need to be in constant communication with you like some resorts, so we could just turn our phones off and enjoy! The cabin was so cozy and serene along the creek, and fires were always ready to light. The restaurant is wonderful, and the the whole vibe along the creek to walk and feed the ducks is really neat. Being local, we weren't interested in the touristy side of Sedona and had an absolutely lovely time tucking ourselves away at L'Auberge and never leaving! I don't think of Sedona as peaceful typically, but Tues & Wed in December here were very quiet even with the main strips still pretty crowded on the drive in. I would highly recommend!!!

I recently visited L'Auberge de Sedona with my mom and daughter, and while the location is absolutely beautiful with stunning view , I was disappointed with the service. Our server was not friendly, which made the experience less enjoyable.
We ordered the squash soup, which was served cold, and although the burger was good, the overall experience left something to be desired. I expected a more inviting atmosphere, especially given the lovely setting.
I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it would make a significant difference for guests looking to enjoy their time there. Overall, l would recommend checking it out for the scenery.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at L’Auberge Sedona. We booked one of the cabins on the Creek again.
The service has declined significantly. They are understaffed and the current staff seem frazzled since they are covering more than they should.
Restaurant wasn’t clean. At breakfast we found lettuce and food particles under the table from the night before and the remainder of the floor was stained and not cleaned overnight.
Spa canceled one of us last minute without notice because of staffing issues. One of the front desk staff was rude and unnecessarily short with guests.
Noisy construction was within earshot daily. At $1000+ a night, there’s no excuse for all this! Won’t be back.

We loved our stay! Lovely rooms (heated bathroom floors were amazing), great to have the vehicles that can take you within 1 mile of the resort, solid location with beautiful views and close to the best restaurants in town, and great food- especially dinner and cocktails!
