We wanted to take a last-minute trip to Sedona around the holidays, and the resorts and hotels in Sedona were quite expensive and limited in availability. We found the SpringHill Suites in Cottonwood and opted to stay there. ||The hotel is conveniently located off of the 89A, and it was a short drive to Sedona. ||The hotel itself was modern and clean, and the rooms were very spacious. There are plenty of outlets for charging devices throughout the room, including standard outlets and USB ports. Our room was not ready when we arrived around 10:00 am, but we would have been able to officially check in by the early afternoon. ||Breakfast is included at the hotel, and there are plenty of options for every palate and diet. Options included the following: pre-made egg and egg white dishes; waffle maker; coffee and tea; hard-boiled eggs; oatmeal with a toppings bar (nuts and seeds, sugar, chocolate chips, and more); packaged muffins (chocolate [gluten free] and blueberry); apples and oranges; and more. The food was constantly being restocked by the team. ||There is a gym at the hotel. Although we did not use it, it had plenty of space and equipment. There is also a station at which guests can refill their water bottles. ||Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites and would recommend it for those who are planning to visit Sedona and perhaps some other locations in Arizona.

Stayed at this brand new hotel for hiking at Sedona. About 25 min one way drive to Sedona. Amenities are new and comprehensive. Laundry room was easy to navigate. Breakfast was good quality and included. No delivery service tho because only one staff on-site at front desk.

Great hotel. Modern style and rooms are like all SpringHill Suites... HUGE! Love the desk and the TV with a tilt mount to be angled towards the bed our the couch. (Sunday Night football!). There's a pool outside and there's a small gym. I wish the gym had more weights and machines though. |There's EV charging too. BIG ups!|The only dilemma is that if you're wanting to visit Sedona it's app 25 min away but getting into Sedona proper you're looking at another 25-30 min for the last mile. I'll stay in Sedona for my next trip but loved this hotel for what it is.

Great front desk personnel. Very clean and modern. Comfortable room. Nice hot breakfast included. Good free parking and great location for going into downtown Cottonwood and Sedona. Nice bathroom set up and even when we had a minor problem, maintenance was available in a flash.

The general manager, Beth was super friendly and helpful. She's a very conscientious manager. It was a huge step up from the check in at the Flagstaff Marriott chain motel we stayed in the previous night where everything was "no" and the check in person stayed on the phone for about 15+ minutes before even acknowledging guests waiting to check in, including one with a young service dog and all of his gear. ) we all finally gave up and left).

Beth greeted us immediately, was very positive and was there again the next morning when we were leaving... She must not sleep. 😹

It was clean, and we'll run.

This is a Great Springhill Property.. Newer facility that is extremely clean & well maintained.. super friendly & helpful front desk & Housekeeping personnel.. Breakfast is very good for a complimentary hotel breakfast.. great location with easy access to all the Verde Valley

Positive: The room was spacious. Whoever designed the showers finally has some common sense!!! The handle to open the water is on the opposite side of the shower head so you don?t have to get wet while you run the water to set up the temperature. THANK YOU!!! Negative: Nothing

These rooms are clean, comfortable and SPACIOUS. Fantastic layout with desk / sitting area and sleeping area. Highly recommended!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
