It’s a wonderful spot to vibe! Good music and nice ambience. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. The food is not bad, but it doesn’t taste like the traditional Jamaican food I grew up on. They have their own style, which isn’t necessarily bad. The food is a bit overpriced for what you get for the portions you get. Also everything is super spicy, and they only give you an ice cream scoop serving of greens (cabbage). This makes digestion a bit hard with all the spice. I would still recommend you try it for yourself. Overall it gets 4 stars from me.

It was beautiful vibe and nice atmosphere! Really came for the Snapper but it wasn’t available. What we did end up getting was good. The jerk seasoning is amazing! The drinks were nice and strong.

I love it here! Live DJ plays amazing music. The staff is polite and pleasant. And the food…well everything tastes so good! That is why I got a little of everything. Curry Goat, Oxtails, rice and peas, Mac n cheese, plantains, steamed cabbage, and the beef patty did not even last 2 minutes. My favorite spot.

We stayed on LAFB for a couple of days. On both days, we went to get some good food from this restaurant. As we were leaving today, I wanted to stop and try that plantain porridge, but I was too ashamed to show my face again!!! 😄. Next time!! Compliments to the chef. Best Jamaican food ever!!😋😋😋😋😋

I ordered the jerk chicken meal and a side order of jerk wings. DO NOT come here and order spicy wings if you can't handle spices. The wings are a 10/10 must try. As far as atmosphere, I'd definitely bring a beautiful date here.

I ordered the shrimp meal that was $19.99 my 2 side should’ve been Mac n Cheese along with rice and peas, clearly they give you want they want you to have I received shrimp white rice and potatoes salad!!! I called and a young man explained that the manager would be in later to give me a refund. I never received a call, so I called the next day and the lady on the phone informed me the manager is a 3rd shift nurse and she will do the refund when she not busy!!! So now it’s been a week no refund!!! My question is my phone number is on the receipt why not call me and tell me you are out of certain items instead of giving me what you want me to have. A Wasted $20 never again. Definitely not happy with the meal received.

Nice birthday spot. If you like fully flavored food, great authentic taste, try here. Pictured curried goat, ox tail yummmmm meat patties, fried plantian, rice & bean's, potato salad and odd shaped fried festival.Try this local place non corporate. Yeah....

I’m very disappointed tonight. I ordered the curry goat and found 2 hairs in my food. See picture below.I am unable to finish my food and paid almost $30. I have eaten here before and thought the food was great but finding hair in my food is unacceptable. Please do better and make sure you wear hair nets. Take pride in your food that you are serving to the public.
