The staff made this a great vacation. We spent time in 3 of the heated pools and played put put golf, all of which were great. The little club house by the main pool had great service and good munchies. |The BBQ joint was good, but we were disappointed that it was not clear that the other restaurant was closed. |The room was very clean, but dated.|They are getting ready to do a total remodel in the spring of 2025.

This is our second time staying here, and we absolutely love it. Yes, the rooms are a bit outdated, but they are clean, spacious, and very reasonably priced.

The grounds are beautiful and kept up nicely, the restaurant is great, the employees have been helpful and accommodating, but the gem here is truly the water park. My kids have had a blast there. Warm water, long lazy river and fun water slide.

For the price, you cannot beat this place. I really don’t understand the negative reviews here. What more could you possibly want from a hotel?

This is our new favorite place to vacation, and we look forward to coming back again soon.

I know they’re in the process of remodeling and the room we had was an older room. However, the thermostat had looked like it had not been cleaned in eons. There were stains on the furniture, but expected since it was not newly remodeled. In general, it was a pretty nice room. The onlycomplaint I have is that the luggage rack was locked to the gate in the back when we wanted to leave early in the morning. What the heck? What is the purpose of having a luggage rack if it’s locked to the gate. Other than that, it served our purpose as well.

!over qualified personal friendly and courtesy!!you never had second thoughts when you stay at Hilton! in this particular time I would like to do a review not to complain! But to bring attention with this review will get to the higher-ups. It’s always a pleasure to stay at Hilton. I love the way they treat us the way they welcome us . It has always been. Everything went well from the moment we checked in ,till the moment We checked out! Everything was phenomenal! except one little detail , the heater was very loud we couldn’t sleep ! I showed the video to the gentleman who helped us for our checked out and he says what he can do is refund us the resort fee! It’s not about that refund. It’s about providing a place where we the guest can rest And be comfortable . overall I will come back to this place because I love the personal the atmosphere and environment of the place especially the location. Very close to Scottsdale to Phoenix downtown ,great restaurants and places to go around shopping-
once again. I wanted to thanks everyone who help us and make us feel like home.

I was horrified at my room condition. The price was too high for the quality of experience and no solution was provided when I called for support. The carpets were covered with animals stains. The trim was not properly cleaned full of dirt. The couch was stained and we did not feel comfortable the entire time. We called immediately and were just told they are renovating in May. Other parents said they received newer cleaner rooms after complaining but I did not. No compensation for the over priced dirty room. Do not stay here until after renovations. ALL ROOMS are pet rooms. They say they deep clean carpets but oh my! No WAY. Sorry you failed supporting us. We will not stay here again and it does NOT represent Hilton's usual level of quality. Positive: Nice location, water park was very nice. Miniature golf was a nice, unexpected surprise, but it badly needs to be fixed up. Negative: Hotel and grounds are dated. Probably was really nice in the 70s or 80s, but needs renovation and fresh new look. Pools usually didn't have towels and even after telling the front desk, towels weren't delivered promptly.

Great location. Rooms were dated and dingy. The carpet was gross. Service was ok. There was quite a distance between the lobby and rooms. You are given a map and pointed in a direction. Not the Hilton experience I am used too and I am a Honors member.

I have so many greay memories of long days on the lazy river at the peak when I was a child. It's encouraging to see that this hotel is undergoing renovations to preserve that experience for the future. The staff significantly contributed to my stay; Greg at the front desk and Michelle at the Hole in the Wall were both personable and helpful. Their service made a positive impact on my visit.
