Was a great experience! Food was fast and prepared amazingly. First time trying the mac n cheese, and I'll be getting that every time. Had a NY steak. It was cooked perfectly, how I like. Staff is amazing and very helpful and eager.

While I typically love Black Bear Diners, this one was just okay. Service was super friendly and great and in spite of being very busy on a Thursday morning but the food was just, meh. On our recent visit, my wife ordered the Cinnamon French Toast and it was pretty good but I ordered a California Omelette and the portion size was considerably smaller in size than what I've gotten a plenty of other locations. Also, the potatoes were under cooked, a bit on the cold side and to be honest, tasted kind of funny. I didn't even bother eating more than a few bites and only after doctoring it up with some ketchup and Papa Burn hot sauce. Otherwise, the coffee and orange juice we got was good and the overall feel of the restaurant was nice so if you're in the area and with friends, it's still a worth a visit. Just know, compared to other Black Bears, the food is just alright.

We came to Bullhead City to watch a volleyball game and after that we choose Black Bear dinner as the last time we ate there it burnt down two days after we we were there. So the dinner has a new look its very comforting atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food was great. My husband and I both had the Breakfast Club he had his egg medium i had mine a bit runny and I think the egg yolk a bit runny was the key to the sandwich. Definitely would recommend thus dinner. The prices are moderate and the servings are big so you won't leave hungry.

Went in on Saturday, Nov 16th, for their prime barf. It was nasty. Looked like they put on the flat top with a wedge of meat to make it look like it was a 10 Oz prime rib. Got with my take out and did not realize they had reheated the meat. I'll cook my own steaks from now on.

I ordered well-done steak and eggs. Steak came out with red and blood. Now I finished my eggs and get to eat steak once they bring it back and cook it some more. 🙁 also seems unsanitary to take back food from table and have it cooked on grill again with other food

Ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast meal and asked for crispy hash browns. I noticed she didn’t write that down. When my party was done ordering, I said, “Did you get I wanted crispy hash browns?” She said yes. And guess what? No crispy hash browns!! 🙄 What a surprise! And they were cold to boot. Errrr. I had asked for an extra side of gravy because “smothered with gravy” to some doesn’t mean “smothered with gravy” to others, as you can see. The portion size was rather large and the chicken fried steak, eggs, and gravy was good. The service was rather slow but acceptable. And what’s with the burnt toast? Not sure if we’ll be coming back.

Kudos to the staff!! Even tho there was only one server working, she took care of the entire dining room, with a smile too. There was no delay and the food was hot when served. Large portions and super delicious. The pancakes were exceptional. Facility was clean and plenty of parking. Good pricing and huge amount of menu options.
