Having to preview the inside of this Hotel was a pure Nightmare!! A dilapidated beat up hotel which made the Addams Family home look like The Four Seasons!! An eerie feeling upon viewing a non smoking room. The smell of stench permeates throughout. Apparently, Bed Bugs, Meth users and street individuals reside on a semi permanent basis. Heath Department should close this place down!!

This was the worst experience of my life! From the outside it looked decent. Don't let that fool you! This place is managed so unprofessional it is unbelievable. The room was filthy! Anything you touched was covered with dust. No privacy because the cheap, stained, dusty, blinds wouldn't close. The stained, un- vacuumed, carpet and gross, dirty stained tile were connected together with "worn" duck tape. At one time I guess the sink and tub where white, but not any more. I wouldn't even let my dog eat from the filth in the fridge & microwave. The old, worn out box springs and mattress sat directly on the floor, no bed frame. The linen was so worn it was thread bear, with stains and no longer white. We were told the housecleaner and her husband where fighting so she hadn't been cleaning. I call bull on that because that room was much dirtier than one miss. We were then told they are a "non-traditional" motel and do not offer maid service unless we ask for it. I asked to see their procedures and questioned when I was given that information at check-in. I was ignored. They told me the health department made them take the coffee pot out. There was a large table directly where the halls meet, which in my opinion was right in the egress for evacuation, which by the way there was no evacuation plan posted anywhere. No literature of any kind indicated rules, etc. posted anywhere. The manager wore a "used to be white" t-shirt with holes in it. What a dump!!! I would love to talk to the supposed "corporation" that owns this terrible place. Needless to say we checked out! Stay away from this place!!!!

This hotel in my opinion. Was better than the average review indicated. I found the building to be warm throughout. Generally clean. Maybe just a little tired. In the bedrooms. All rooms were good size. Bed was a large double. Tv inc. and breakfast was fine. For the price paid I would not hesitate to return. I had a good stay thanks

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at! The staff is friendly, helpful, informative, and always prompt to speak with you or help you with your needs. The rooms are not built like a conventional hotel, I'd believe because the place doesn't conform to regular motel methods. The Hilltop Hotel is more of an extended stay resort. This establishment is for people who are getting out into the world that can't quite make it all the way all at once.

Tried calling the 2nd number and was greeted rudely by the person who answers the live # at Ext 400. It would be nice to be greeted nicely regardless if you have rooms for rent or not. Very Very Rude. Thank you

My bro from Orange County lived their for about 5yrs Paul David Carpet installer. Poor guy died in his sleep. Brain aneurism. They seem like very nice folks that run the place. My buddy Paul will be missed !!!! R.I.P. !!!

A friend of mine is staying there for 2 weeks vacation! An older hotel but rates are reasonable. Lots of parking, soda and snack machine in lobby, pets are allowed, lots of hot water for showers too. Houseekeeping is friendly!

Worst place they never have rooms ready, rooms are always dirty af and the customer service is horrible whoever runs this place either doesnt know wats going on or they do and dont give no fks
