This was the BEST experience my husband and I have ever had! I've lived in Laughlin before and stayed at the Edgewater multiple times before, loved it every time, just this time we stayed in a suite. Neither of us have ever been in a suite before and the Edgewater did not fail!!!!!! We extended our nights every night after 2 nights of being there and they dealt with us every time and didn't have a problem with it! The most absolutely friendly environment around! Couldn't have started at a better hotel and casino!!!!

For being a smaller older place me and my wife really enjoy it The service is good they will not let you go without a drink if you want to drink. The rooms are a little outdated but really not there for the rooms. My wife and I like it so much we go at least every 2 months the free play they give you is great.

Picked this place because in the pasted we have stayed here before and really enjoyed it but this time left us wishing we would have picked a different place to stay. Check in was pretty fast but then once in the room noticed there was no fridge, we called down to ask about a fridge due to me having medications that needed to be in a fridge since I’m diabetic, we were informed there was a charge id 20.00 dollars a day and I asked if it could be waved since I had medications that needed to be kept in the fridge and was informed that no if I need or wanted one there would be a charge I gave in because I had it have it. The bed was super uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress. Then the next morning went to make a cup of coffee and the coffee maker was super dirty and could tell it hadn’t been clean for awhile, then getting in the shower this a big buildup of calcium, guess the old saying is true you get what you pay for. Only positive if this stay is we had a room that faced the river

I won't be back. I don't understand why anyone would want to either stay there in the hotel or "play" on their machines. I was comped here for 2 nights and ended up only staying 1 night. Half the first day, there was no water in my room... like none. No explanation, just told to wait until it got fixed. The machines there are terrible.. I've never had such a miserable experience trying to have a decent time gaming. I'd chock it up to "we all gotta lose sometime... Or hey, maybe it just wasn't my lucky day, "but it's consistent here.. I wouldn't have come if it wasn't for the fact I had a comp. All that did was remind me of why this property is the one I always pass on by. I will say the cocktail waitresses are on it, you'll definitely get some drinks while you're losing your money, I should have just given it to the waitresses I would have felt a lot better about it tbh. All the workers there are great..it's not the staff it's the management 🙄 if they had any quality in their establishment I'd be back but it's not worth the trip if this is where you're planning on staying.

This casino is like many I've been to. Smaller the the Vegas style but big enough to enjoy yourself. One of the key attractions is the food. Many choices and one of my favorites "The Pinkbox". A donut shop that has tons of selections my favorite is the apple fritters best I've had.

Had a great time here. Clean clean room, plenty of elevators. My floor had an amazing view of the river. I can't say enough about the generous generous slots. Thank you. The steak house was amazing as well incredible food and service... Downstairs right next to Denny's. The live music/80s Rock/metal by Spandex Nation was extra special.

We come here about every 3 months. The rooms are old and bed definitely need new ones! But we always get free rooms so can't complain too much 😬 most staff are friendly except for the occasional side eyed room attendant 😬. Overall we will be faithful visitors every 3 months!! 😊
