Example Review:

"I recently stayed for a week in one of the cottages. It was bright, clean and exactly what we needed. The only glitch was that it was to be fully stocked and we had no forks. The office is closed on weekends, which seems odd for a campground. But we found a groundskeeper who helped us immediately. I got my refund back in a few days. The facilities including all public restrooms were spotless. The activities were fun and everyone was welcoming and nice. Can't wait to do it again next year"

There is a decent amount of space for most campers! This resort has dog parks, 2 heated pools and a hot tub. The amenities are a great added value, 9 full size pool tables, a game room, business center, full laundry, showers, and also a small gym to get your workout in! The front staff is great! My favorite is Megan! You are always welcomed with a smile. The park is quiet and my surrounding neighbors are great! Full hook ups for an easy enjoyable stay.. I would highly recommend Casa Grande RV resort to anyone looking for long term, or just an overnight spot!

Staff are extremely rude. Maintenance guy with salt and pepper beard, and Barbara and Megan. Honey will get you further than vinegar. Chat with me - no need to yell at me like I’m some criminal. Extremely demeaning, condescending and aggressive for no reason. I think they have cameras everywhere. Won’t stay again. Don’t recommend.

My husband stayed at a cottage for work. They charge a housekeeping fee upfront, which just includes washing linens( and they skip you sometimes, so you have to wash them yourself), no housekeeping whatsoever. A $600 deposit that takes more than a month to refund. Light bills that don't match what you probably used. The cottage was vacant for 2 weeks, everything off, and somehow was charged more than the previous month. I definitely wouldn't stay again in their cottages, nor recommend anyone.

We arrived at Casa Grande, AZ, to beautiful sunny weather. Check-in was easy. As we rolled up to our site, we noticed the sites were not very easy to pull into as the ground cover consisted of gravel, this was not pea gravel; it large round gravel and was unlevel and not tamped.

We managed to get our rig situated and settled into our new home for the next month. We had noticed many of the people staying in the park appeared to be living there full-time and not snowbirders. Over the next few days, we realized the trailer behind us had a dog that never stopped barking, three noisy kids, and they had hung wind chimes that constantly clanged. Between the dog, the kids, and the chimes, I'd have gone nutty listening to that all month long. We opted to ask to move to a new site and went for a walk to look around and see if there were any spaces that looked less likely to have similar noise issues. In looking around, we met another couple and started chatting with them, only to discover they were in our exact spot before us and also requested a move for the same reasons.

We picked out several spots of interest and made our way to the office. We let them know we'd like to move, and they allowed it; they never did ask us why. Perhaps when that many guests in a short time span start asking to relocate, they should inquire as to why? We rattled off a few site numbers that we knew could fit our rig and that we preferred over other spaces, and each site we inquired about we were told were booked. Moving a 39 ft rig is a pain in the butt, and we wanted to be sure our move was worth it. In trying to make up our minds, their office staff, Barbara, who was dealing with us, was basically like, "hurry up and decide are you moving or not I need to have maintenance go to the site and level it before you move and need time to do that". Bit rude attitude we felt. The rest of the staff were awesome during our stay. We did find a site to move to, but funny that the entire stay we noticed of the 6 or 7 sites we asked to move to she said had been booked never did have anyone show up in them except one as well the site the day we moved never was leveled and prepped as she said.

This resort, we would say, is about 80% full-time RVs and families with kids, so it's more like a trailer park, not a resort for vacationers. The only thing that was resort-like was the pool, pickle ball court and games room. The thing with full-timers is most work, and you could hear the endless parade of diesel trucks leaving every morning starting at 3 am through to 8 am, then again in the evenings.

Aside from the rough start, once we moved, things improved, and our stay got much better. Our new site was further away from the majority of the full-timers and in a more quiet location. We made a few friends and enjoyed time at the pool, which hardly ever had anyone at it. The pool was definitely the best part of this place, clean and well-maintained. There was a nice sitting area and outdoor BBQ area you could book and use. They also had a sitting area by the dog park and outdoor BBQ area. Unfortunately, that patio furniture was covered in dirt and dog hair from people allowing their dogs on it and could use some signage in that area requesting people keep pets off common area furniture. I did read reviews that state staff harass you at the pool and you can't have any fun, and that was not our experience at all. We were never bothered by staff or felt micromanaged or watched at all.

It is right along the highway and you can hear highway noise but not loud enough that wasn't much of a bother for us.

They have dinner in the clubhouse every Wednesday night, and the price was fair and really good food. They had some Christmas and New Year's events too, which was nice. Overall we did enjoy our stay and have mixed reviews as the pool and events were nice and location was close to amenities, but really disliked the ongoing traffic of full timers and the gravel pads which are likely the deal breakers for another stay for us.

I have been here at this Resort since January 2021! Been through a lot of changes, with changes comes a time of adjustments and I will say it has been trying at times but we managed through them! We are now in the midst of another change and this most current change this week is the best yet! Megan in the Office is by far a better fit then the 2 previous Managers and has always been so very helpful to me and my daughter! The Maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful, Jose, Carlos and Austin are the best in a long while. I recall one Saturday while at the pool Megan noticed someone wearing street clothes in the pool and addressed the situation and also addressed the issue of a vehicle driving in well excess of the posted limit and we promptly received emails to all visitors reminding them of rules! OUTSTANDING!!! I am hoping they get a few more security personnel in soon as we have noticed quite a few rules being not abided by after Staff leaves for the day! All in all I am hoping you have the right fit now! I have 3 years of Administrative Assistant and will be retiring very soon so if you ever should need assistance in the Office Megan should know how to reach me! Thank you for taking the time to read this and have a great day!

Stayed in the rv park for a month in the summer with my kids and have no complaint besides the heat. The staff were always friendly and helpful with any concerns. The resort was always quiet and clean. Overall would recommend this place!
