We recently booked this hotel for a trip for two couples. I selected it primarily because of the ratings indicating great location and charm. It did not disappoint. The rooms were big, and updated enough to be comfortable, but not so much that they lost the charm. Beds and bedding were comfortable, TVs were modern, and rooms were very clean. We ate at the Bisbee table - just across the street, and The Bisbee Breakfast Club (a short drive) - both restaurants were great! We had a fantastic visit!

The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. Our room was very nice. Very clean. Comfy king bed. Room was quiet. Can’t go wrong with this hotel. Located within walking distance of everything. We will always stay here when we visit Bisbee. Enjoy!

This is a charming historic six-room hotel. Note I wrote "historic" so you'll be climbing some steep stairs. Each room is different, with high ceilings, and most have tall windows. Santiago's is not on ground floor -- it didn't survive Covid. It's very conveniently located but you might want earplugs on a weekend since people on the street can be loud.

From the moment I spoke to Eddie the Hotel Manager I knew this would be a great experience. The room was clean comfy and so much bigger than I expected. The location is perfect as you can park and walk everywhere in town. I have stayed at the more popular place and can say hands down San Ramon is better. I highly recommend and will be back.

Done very nice for an old building. But you might want to know all the rooms are on the second floor and the stairs are pretty steep.

Stayed one night in Bisbee at the San Ramon, my sister and her husband also rented a room. We both loved the bright airy look and feel of the room. The windows were lovely and it was very clean. The location was fabulous . We just loved the feel of it. We would stay there again!

What a wonderful place. Remarkable how this 100 year plus building is so cozy and cared for. We were 2 couples and one suite had a great little kitchen. Clean, comfy bed..we will be back. Thank you

What a wonderful experience in Bisbee. We have stayed in a number of hotels in this quaint little town, but this hotel has everything else beat. Our room was #2, and was spotless with great views. If you enjoy people watching it’s a can’t miss. It was appointed with everything you need including a small fridge, and small microwave. It has a Keurig coffee maker for that early morning cup with Bisbee Brewing Company coffee. Julia was the young lady working the front desk upon our arrival and she was terrific. She showed us to the room, and answered any questions we had plus made suggestions.|We will definitely return.
