Most delicious espresso and warmest personality! ask Seth about any of his offerings and he’ll tell you who grew the coffee beans, where they live, how large the collective/farm is….he probably can tell you the names of the grower! Main business is “just in time” custom orders: Orders received by noon are roasted and shipped USPS Priority Mail, while still warm, on the same day!! Seth Appell, has committed his life to roasting specialty coffees produced by small farms and cooperatives using sustainable agricultural practices. Since 1998.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Bisbee because it was on her bucket list of places to go to. We were both instantly hooked when we saw the “Ask for a free espresso shot” sign as we are heavy coffee drinkers. This place was amazing and Seth was such a great guy and host to our coffee needs and wants. We tried the Guatemala coffee flavor and it was probably the best espresso shot I’ve had to date. I was sad we didn’t go earlier in the day because we had exceeded our caffeine limit for the day. Good thing Seth was able to hook us up with a 2lbs of 4 coffee flavors: Rwanda, Timor, Peru Norte, and Guatemala which was great because you get to try them all. If you’re looking for amazing customer service and coffee experience, this place is the spot to go. He also mentioned he does shipments so I will definitely be getting more coffee once my stash runs low. 😁☕️

I used to buy coffee from here when I lived in Arizona. After moving, I still purchase from him online. Best coffee I’ve ever had in my life, reasonably priced, and always shipped quickly. Couldn’t recommend a small coffee business more than this one!

I lived in Arizona for awhile and was constantly traveling through Bisbee. I met Seth and his coffee early on and was amazed at the flavor and quality of his beans. 10 years later and I have yet to find a coffee that can stand up to his. I have tried dozens of small batch specialty coffee roasters and none that I have found come close.

I still buy his coffee and have it shipped across the country to get that amazing cup that I remember when I lived down there.

The customer service and coffee are exceptional! I recently placed an order, but made a mistake on the shipping address. I called, and Seth cheerfully took care of it before it shipped. I received the coffee the next day. The Sumatra is incredible and my new favorite. I love that it is dark and has that wonderful chocolate taste, but is still so smooth! Try it with a dash of cardamom, if that's your thing. 🙂
