A decent spot for some delicious Asian food! The choices on the menu are limited, so don't expect pages of options when you go.

This is the spot for Vietnamese cuisine & that only, with the star meal being Pho. I tried their small Chicken Pho & my partner had the large one, although comparing their sizes, it really didn't feel like that much of a difference. They serve the bean sprouts on the side, and I chose to mix them into the soup because that's my favorite part.

The service was good & fast, had to be with the location being crowded indoors & outdoors. Unfortunately, this made me feel a bit rushed, so I tried eating faster than I normally do so I didn't inconvenience others. This is a normal expectation for a small place serving in the early afternoon (12-2pm), so it's not like I criticize them for it, but if I'm going by personal experience, I have to take in account of how I felt in the moment.

I would still recommend this place for those looking for a light meal. You can get full off big portions without eating unhealthy. The crowds can't be helped since this is a popular spot, but that being said, I suggest you come in VERY hungry.

Food is fresh and authentic, everything come out boiling or very near it except for the cold items, everything on the menu is to die for. I could eat here every day( and I pretty much do) the employees always have good vibes and the owner is always delightful. 8/5 stars would travel the world just to eat here again

First impression of exterior very welcoming. My spouse and I were cheerfully greeted by the owner. Which we later notice is pleasant and and customary. The interior decor felt cozy and brought back to me fond childhood memories. Our server was prompt and friendly when taking our spring roll appetizers and drink orders.
My spouse and I agreed the spring rolls taste delicious. My partner selected beef noodle soup and I had the vegan noodle soup. We both shared taste testing soups and our tastes buds were tickled.
Planning my next AZ visit to include dining at Thuy's Noodle Shop. All around excellence. Thanks you guys!

What an incredible little find! Vietnamese food and it was delicious! My favorite was being served a coconut to drink the water and the option to eat the meat afterwards! Vegetarian options and it was refreshing with very kind waitresses. Cute vibe and was very relaxing

The service here is great! Definitely one of the better pho places around the area. The broth was delicious and very savory with some small differences to the original pho broth I’m used to. The bowls came loaded with noodles and meat so you definitely get what you pay for taste and portion wise. I will be visiting this place again.

We had Pho, chicken curry,fresh rolls and lemongrass chicken. All was good, full of good ingredients. Fair portions and not too hot. Friend underbelly it, we were very pleasantly surprised. Hehi liked it so much, he plans to come back next week. 22 mile trip. Worth it.

Outstanding. The beef pho is loaded with meat, and interestingly it's not the tendon-loaded stuff we usually encounter at Vietnamese joints. Instead it seemed to be higher grade and more tender. The service was perfect, this is the kind of place where the owner/chef comes to make sure you're happy with your experience.
