I drive out of my way to use QT versus the closer options to my house. The store is always clean, the staff always so friendly and they are SPEEDY with getting people checked out and on their way. Other gas stations in the area really need to take notes. 😂

Went into Qt after work to cash in my instant lottery tickets. I seem to always get a cahier named Tadj. And he always gives me attitude. After scanning my tickets,he goes to 1 cash register for the money and slams it shut when there wasn't enough money in it than goes to the other cash register for the rest of my money than proceeds to shove it into my hands. I than told him I don't need his attitude. It's not my fault or anybody else's fault that he is miserable at his job. I will continue to go here but if I get Tadj's attitude I will complain to his manager every time and if his bad behavior continues I will go all the way to the top with my concerns

This QT in Apache Junction is Great. They have great food plenty of supplies and friendly staff. I know I deliver for UBER Eats and I Shop and Pay for UBER too so I visit here often.

Their ATM machine do not work and they are not supportive proving they don't care about their customers. They don't even post a warning to inform their customers at the front desk area. Not placing a note on the ATM machine is not an excuse to not put a note away but near the machine what a horrible not supportive lack of care for their customers experience. I recorded everything but I could not post it because it was not a video. The Q T on idaho and Apache trail. Please be careful and make sure to video record if the ATM is going to be used to protect your self.

Stopped for gas and a snack... very busy store but nobody working there seems to care too much for the merch. Almost every hotdog bun was hard as a brick and most of the hotdogs seemed a little off in color. The fresh condiments were mostly empty. I purchased a pack of gum that was dried up and probably past it's sell by date. Overall, the worst QT I have ever visited for a hotdog. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else next time.

Money order machine has been down fir over a week and they don't seem to care. Pretty inconvenient especially for a company that has 100s if locations across US.

Why is it that the Kitchen's at QT's have such TERRIBLE service! They just ingore you and make NO attempt to acknowledge you. Come on QT! Get your crap together, you have great service at the main counter.

Well, obviously QT doesn't monitor nor acknowledge reviews! Same shitty service at the Kitchens. I stood and watched 2 employees look right at me standing at the counter waiting for service and they just ignored me. WHAT A JOKE!

I've always enjoyed coming here. For years. Then today, unexpectedly, I was treated as if I were some kind of thug or thief or something. I ordered food and drinks and while waiting on the food I took the drinks to my car since I'm 37 weeks pregnant and didn't want to have to juggle everything all at once, came right back inside to wait for the food and was told they wanted me to pay before they cooked anything for me and this was after they served 3 others that put in orders after me, and so I just freak with it and I go up to pay and as I'm getting the reciept for the drinks the cashier says " and the two drinks you didn't pay for that you took out to your car correct, and said it in a disrespectful and aggressive way and pretty loud in fact that the other customers looked at me like a dang theif and pitifully, which I still started quiet and let it go but then the cashier tells to the cook and said okay si had her pay in cash for everything and still had to wait another almost ten minutes for my food to be ready. I have NEVER been so judged or anything like this and especially from a store I visit everyday and always do the exact same way as I did today.... And the attitudes and the glares and the assumption that I was thieving asking with the disrespectful treatment I was giving, really upset me which is why I'm even saying anything now. The nerve of those two young workers today, y'all should really not be so quick to assume or judge or treat someone differently and especially not in front of the rest of the customers roaming through the store at the same time. THE NERVE Y'ALL HAVE. I'd hate it if either one of you were my employee and treated my customers that way, like seriously. And now it makes me not want to go there for breakfast in the mornings and or period especially while those two are working... Lord knows, they it's be careful cuz they are going to do that same stuff to someone else and anything can happen and the next customer may be all out crazy and things can end dangerously. I'm just starting facts here. But y'all oughta be ashamed. Honestly.
