We had a fantastic stay at this Hilton in Prescott! The hotel is conveniently located near everything, making it easy to explore the area. The property is very clean and updated, with a stylish restaurant and lounge area. The restaurant offers outdoor seating, which is a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. There’s also a small market in the lobby, which was a nice touch for quick snacks and essentials.

One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized welcome—seeing our names on the screen and receiving a handwritten note truly made us feel special! Our room was spacious and well-designed, featuring a long table that was perfect for working.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Shawn, who checked us in, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kaylee, Ashley, and Adriana were all kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this Hilton to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated as guests!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden this weekend, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Prescott, just a short walk from the historic Courthouse Square and the lively Whiskey Row. Whether you're interested in exploring the local shops, dining, or experiencing Prescott's rich history, everything is right at your doorstep.

From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring that my check-in was swift and seamless. My room was modern, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and a great view. We were very happy here.

Great place. Very nice. Rooms are beautiful. Center for beautiful walks of downtown. The pool and Jacuzzi open 365. I wish I knew earlier to knock off a bucket list for the winter. Overall the hotel is well maintained. The room i had was beautiful. Definitely a place I would stay again.

What can I say... This hotel is clean, good location, and good restaurant in the hotel.
Room: clean, shower water pressure is the best I've ever had in a hotel. Almost too hard lol... The ac works great and gets cold. The ceiling/floors are slightly on the thun side as you can hear loud footsteps but that's about the worst part. The triple Creek restaurant in the hotel has really good food. Front desk workers are very nice! One of the better hotels I've stayed at. And we travel multiple times a year and stay at a lot of hotels.

Pros: Location is everything! We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in the downtown area. Loved the digital check in and key options though if we stayed for longer would have needed to get a card key since my husband would not want to join just to use the digital key. Water pressure in the shower is PERFECT! Unusually great for a hotel. View was nice of the park and creek.
Cons: The bed was not comfy and the pillows were too much down. Very hard and springy, felt like it was a cheap thin mattress and I felt every move my husband made. Noise level wasn’t bad except from the floor above. I heard every step they took, especially at 6 am even with earplugs. While on a getaway with my husband without kids I wasn’t too happy about being woken up that early and not being able to go back to sleep for the constant pounding above my head.
Overall I was really excited to stay here and was disappointed.

A typical Hilton hotel. The room was clean, the air conditioning was cold and shower was hot. The breakfast was fine, but I’d recommend taking a walk for something better. The happy hour specials are a good deal. The dinner options are pricey, but tasty. The staff was attentive, polite and helpful. I’d recommend a room away from Montezuma St.

The hotel is located where the old Malarkey’s bar and grill used to be on the corner of Montezuma and Sheldon Street. Beautiful atmosphere kind staff. Excellent wait staff at the restaurant. Food and cocktails were outstanding. Food was actually better than at the Gurley Street Grill. I ended up eating all the rest of my meals at the hotel restaurant.

Over all a nice hotel and room. (however, no safe). Great bed as always at Hilton. Even had an extra blanket!|Nice reception with efficient check in. ||A few minor concerns:|-Restaurant was nice but limited selection. Ok for a quick lunch or dinner on arrival or breakfast. |While the Sunday Brunch was nice (and inexpensive), the omelette station didn’t open until ~20 minutes after start of brunch.|-Coffee maker in room didn’t work. |-Bathroom inside door handle was broken. However, we told them as we left for the day and it was fixed when we returned early afternoon.
