It was a great price for the room. The amenities that we wished could have been better were the business center and the laundry room; they were both out of service and it was a major inconvenience for our family. Also in the future maybe the hotel can install EV charging.

The service was nice because the people who work there were kind and attentive to the guests. They were friendly to my family and I.

Lastly, the breakfast was good. Just wish it included a hot dish option, at least boiled egg at the minimum.

Overall, I would recommend me this hotel to other friends and families who are visiting Casa Grande and the surrounding areas. It is a great affordable option for families who has a player participating in the Barca Academy program. Its about a 15 minute drive to the academy.

Last night I was making reservations through Booking.com. Somehow our dates got shifted in their system and we ended up booking the wrong nights. We immediately tried to rectify the situation online, but were rejected. I called Booking.com this morning who said it was up to the hotel manager as to whether he wanted to allow the change or not. Booking blamed the hotel. After getting off the phone with Booking, I called the hotel directly. They claimed it was a Booking policy and that there was nothing they could do. Absolute GARBAGE blame game! They don't care about the customer... they just want your money at whatever cost. Never booking with a Wyndham property again and NEVER using Booking.com in the future.

Clean comfortable room. I find the liquid bath gel and shampoo pumps in the shower enclosure are a superior choice over bar soap.
Would like to see the continental breakfast include eggs, breakfast meat and home fry potatoes.
The onsite laundry was out of order.
The staff was very helpful coordinating two separate reservations at this property.

Included breakfast selection & quality were okay.
Handicap room 131, was tight quarters for wheel chair. Towel rack mounted right where people would hit their head trying to get off pot. Rack was bent from previous renter using it as leverage to get up. Told desk clerk about it and he was more concerned who did it and NO follow up with repairs. No maid service. Rooms cleaned after renter left not during. Luggage cart broken top rail. Careful where you park. Under/near tree for shade = LOTS of bird crap on car.

The staff here are great. I was staying at another major hotel in town for work. Hands down this hotel was way better in customer service. The pool was just right. After working 12 hr shifts walking on concrete all day, the jacuzzi was on point.it was clean and worked great.

The breakfast is set up too late, at least grab and go options could be made available for those who have to work at 6:30/0700. The hot tub and pool are only allowed to be used between 9am-5pm because they have some lights out that need repaired in the pool area, an ongoing issue I hope is fixed asap. Room was mid to good level clean, TV is annoying here. I've stayed here a week total and will be staying again for work this week. Will update with my experience this time.
Update 1: although their website says early check in available, they don't mention the fee. I arrived 2 hrs before check in and asked if I was able to and was told we will see you at 3. There are a handful of cars here but luckily now the pool is open! But not until 3 🙂

Super friendly, helpful employees here, made me feel welcome:). The pool maintenance man, front desk, cleaning crew, everyone wonderful. You get so many amenities, pool, workout room, 24/7 coffee, breakfast. Room clean and smelled nice. We liked so much, we stayed two nights. I am so glad I found this cute, wonderful place!!:) Tv very nice as well:)

The service was good, friendly staff. My big problem was the noise. I could heard everything, in the next room, the person was watching TV and the next day at 5 am he was talking to his wife and it woke me up, I could hear all the conversation, so I think they need to improve the insulation ASAP, and the doors where a little bit difficult to close so people and the cleaning staff slapped the doors. I was planning to relax that weekend and be able to wake up late, but I couldn't have slept after 5 or 6 in the morning. And I didn't get breakfast because it was able until 9 am. I was tired and didn't want to see anyone that early when I didn't sleep well.
I do appreciate that it was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, though.
