Had a $2.00 off coupon from the app advertised on the shelf. I downloaded app and clipped coupon. It would not work at the register. Two employees attempted to use it through their phones, but it still wouldn't work. I learned that Family Dollar doesn't trust any of it's employees to do a price override. I had to pay the extra $2.00 or have made a wasted trip. The employees were great, the corporation sucks!

I was standing in line which became long with around 7 to 8 people in line and was moving slow with one clerk. The manager came to the front who name is Cindy. I proceeded to ring the clerk bell since there was 2 cashier station lights on which means both registers are open. The manager (Cindy)looked up at the line after I rung the help bell and continued to stack items on the front shelf then left to the back of the store instead of helping the other cashier. I'm a supervisor at my job and I always help my employees when they become overwhelmed.

Most of the faces have changed, making the vibe change. If Sarah & Cindy ever leave, I would have to switch to Dollar General for all my shopping needs. Courtney has befriended my son, which is cool. A couple of the other guys there are cool, too. It's still a good store, but the attitude is definitely different.

Never had a bad interaction with any of the cashiers. They almost always have what I'm looking for when I need to pop in. And they have a way bigger selection of ice cream than dollar general, which is a plus for my family who cannot decide on just one flavor 😂

Hardly ever has anything I need in stock. I’m not sure why we needed 3 dollar stores on the same block to begin with really, but this one is my least favorite of the three. Once I went, and the majority of the freezer section was down, but instead of just tossing what melted, they tried to mark it down to sell gloopy liquid ice creams.

The fact they close early as heck too doesn’t help anyone living in our rural town either. For the most part, when people are in a pinch, they run to one of the dollar stores to see if they can get what they need without having to go all the way to Casa grande to shop and half the time I’ve needed to do that, they are already closed for the night.

The last time I made a stop there, it was because the dollar general was out of helium, (but their balloons were prettier) so I bought one anyway thinking I could just pay for the helium elsewhere. Well Family Dollar is the only place that actually carries helium of the three dollar stores in az city but they would not fill my balloon even after I offered to pay for two of their most expensive balloons to just have my one small balloon filled. Turdy place, with turdy policies.

Cleaner than Dollar General, more welcoming, and more stocked than them as well, I'm not constantly tripping over boxes in the middle of aisles or searching through piles of stuff just thrown on a shelf like Dollar General. The employees are always comforting and make you feel as though your friend of their own they have known for years I always love coming in and seeing Dylan as he is always friendly and extremely helpful he usually tells a joke to put a smile on my face mid conversation, he is always eager to ensure my shopping experience is one to remember! Overall our Family Dollar is top notch in every aspect! Awesome job to the faculty there for setting the bar!

No customer service!! Night manager "John" threatened to fight me ! Lol !! I asked for cash back specifically and he gave $25 in one's!! I asked for the transaction to be reveresed and he replied with " good night sir" so i asked for the manager and he claimed it was him..
If this is the type of people you put in leadership roles I will be happy to never shop @ this store again. Should be an option for 0 stars
