Eddie came to my house and cooked hibachi in the backyard for 20 guests. He arrived early, helped set up the tables, was easy to communicate with. The food was delicious. I highly recommend. We had lots of fun!

I drove 30 mins IN THE RAIN to get those ribs.
10/10 & I HIGHLY recommend. Eddie Kanes ribs fall off the bone, seasoned to perfection, and the meat is saucy. If you ever in Birmingham, AL you’ve got to go get a plate

After hearing all the hype on FaceBook about this food truck... I decided to stop and try it. Well.... first impressions are this:

#1. I waited over an hour for one sandwich. Their process takes too long and is disorganized. The workers started getting irritated with people who had been waiting a long time.

#2. I got a 4 bone rib sandwich. Large bones, only two slices of bread. You could also tell that they rushed to cook these ribs. They did not remove what I like to call the "rib skin" (membrane) when cleaning the ribs initially. So pieces of the ribs were kind of chewy.

#3. Very little sauce was on the ribs. Their sauce was just "ok". Any more would not have been good.

#4. The ribs were seasoned well.

#5. They ran out of Mac and Cheese at the end of the 1st hour.

#6. I won't return. Not worth the hassle nor the $12 I paid.
