Two words. Call them! Two chicks travel agency is the absolute best. They bend over backwards to make sure your travel experience is everything you dreamed of and then some. The line of communication and customer service is excellent and my agent Cassandra is very responsive and always attentive to any concerns that I may have leading up to my travel destination. I've taken two trips with her so far. One was land-based at a resort, The second was a cruise and I will totally use them again.

I have had a few not so pleasant experiences with travel agents. However, I must say Cassandra was very professional. I saw on FB she had a group going. I sent her a message letting her know I wanted to go but I needed a roommate. Let's just say she made it happen even though my roommate backed out at the last minute. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. All I had to do was show up and everything was taken care of from the Hotel, flight, transfer and Excursions she had it all. She provided the itinerary of all events each day. I had such a great experience I referred her to my daughter for her 30 birthday party in Mexico and we are booked and awaiting our trip. Thanks Cassandra you are amazing.

I decided to join “This Vacation has Curves” travel groups via Facebook and participated in their inaugural trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. We stayed at Rui Reggae. This was an all inclusive resort that did not disappoint. The resort had all inclusive dining and drinks. The trip was a huge success. Everything went as planned. Cassandra planned an itinerary for the group which included a meet and greet All White Party, Foam Party which was hosted by the resort, an excursion that included Margaritaville, 7 Mile Beach and Ricks Cafe. We dined together every night as a group. There were plenty of activities to do on the resort. Cassandra was available and communicated to the group often. Cassandra places an itinerary on the Facebook group that was created specifically for those who were on the trip. Cassandra did an amazing job of communicating to me throughout the trip. This was my first time traveling with this group and we all clicked so quickly. Cassandra did an AMAZING job. I have invited several people to the Facebook group and referred her as an agent. I have already made my deposit on my next Two Chicks Travel location and I look forward to many more.

I decided to join the “This Vacation Has Curves” trip to RIU Reggae in Montego Bay Jamaica and it did not disappoint! Cassandra made sure everything was taken care of from rooms, airport transfers and anything in between. It makes the vacation even better when someone has taken care of all the little details for you. Her vast experience in the travel industry means she can answer any questions you may have and you can trust she knows what she is talking about. She loves what she does and it shows through her amazing customer service.This is the perfect option for the woman who wants to travel alone but still feel safe. Long Story Short.....our trip was phenomenal. Two Chicks, patiently worked with me setting up a trip for a group of 8. There were issues with the original hotel, which was TOTALLY OUT OF TWO CHICKS TRAVEL CONTROL. Cassandra made sure that it was settled in a timely manner without us having to make one single phone call. She was persistent with communication, emails, quotes, excursions, all of the above. There were no hidden fees everything was upfront and prices were reasonable. We can’t wait to plan our next trip.
