First time in and the service from the ladies working was fantastic. Super helpful and polite. I got the chicken club with all the add ons. The chicken was chopped but just didn't have a ton of flavor. 8" sandwich, drink and chips for $17. It was just alright nothing to get too excited about.

Don’t order on the app… just call because you can’t build your sandwich the way you want. I ordered using the app and I like to add hummus to my sandwich but they do not have an option to add it on app so I put it in the instructions. “Please add hummus” Long story short instead of putting it on my sandwich they wrote on my sandwich bag “can’t, not paid for” and didn’t say anything to me at pickup. Just Put it on the sandwich and tell me when I pick it up, it’s not rocket science.I wouldn’t have put it on there if I didn’t want it. Not to mention I didn’t even get any toppings on one of my sandwiches (Which was my moms meal on Mother’s Day). I have never had a problem at any other location. Do better please.

Skye & Eddie assisted me the other day & they did an excellent job. Skye was quick to take my order & Eddie cut my pickle while she assembled my sandwich & was finishing a sandwich (tuna.) I know Potbelly teaches their associates to engage with the customers on a personal level & Eddie did this flawlessly while he finished assembling my 2 sandwiches. Skye took over at the register & asked if I had any rewards card & told me about it too. I only visit this location because of the staff.

The food was great! But it’s their service. Their responses seemed rude and least bothered. I’m a first time customer (which I told them too!). While I was paying, I learned about the coin system from their boards. I signed up in the app and requested them to add points/coins for this order. They said “it’s too late”. I didn’t get it. I was still waiting for my order then so I asked them what’s going on. Apparently I should have scanned for points before paying which as a first time customer, I had no idea. The cashier never offered to scan the app or signup when I was paying. I understand if they are unable to add points if that’s how it works. Atleast they could have answered that responsibly.

Last time I was here (like a year ago) I swore the place off. Service just wasn't great and something was missing from the sandwiches we ordered. I came again tonight and am absolutely thrilled that it's back to the Potbelly I've always loved. Keep up the great work!

Having grown up in Chicago, I have been going to Potbelly's for years. When they finally made it to the Phoenix Valley I was thrilled.
Now with this one open in the West Valley, there are plenty of locations wherever you are.
This one was very clean. The staff was friendly and quick. The food tasted fresh and was made to look like it was assembled with care.
The inside is spacious enough for a sandwich shop. With plenty of seating inside and out. I
And they deliver too.
I will definitely be coming back here again.

Did not do the accommodations I asked for (clubby with ranch on the side, wreck with horseradish aioli on the side, wreck with cucumbers on the side). But why would they do that when they did not make the sandwiches per order anyway? One of the sandwiches was remade and I had to ask twice, because he offered to remove the tomatoes first, then I explained I am allergic and all the sandwiches were missing toppings. He apologized and was really nice, but still did not make my sandwich correctly. Did they run out of mustard today because we could not get any? Is this what I get for just not making a sandwich at home? Or for not going to Jersey Mike’s? It was the first time I tried the horseradish aioli and I was happy I liked it because I did not ask for it on my sandwich. I initially asked for it on the side so I can try it to see if I liked it. They are just free styling sandwiches here and I got 2 Dream Bars I will be throwing away because I did not notice when I bought them that there are so many fillers in them, which is weird because the cookies are pretty clean. I like that Potbelly has offers like milkshakes, chili, and Mac, but I won’t be rushing back.
