This stay is as one of my worst. I typically stay at courtyards for work and have no idea what’s going on here. Front counter staff looks and acts like she is on drugs. She was using foul language and talking about how she couldn’t wait to get off. You couldn’t even understand her because she was speaking quickly and slurring speech. Waited about 20 min before before the bistro staff crawled out of the back where another guest had to go get her from the back while watching a show. The four customers waiting to order were all tired of waiting. This is ridiculous. Not to mention the pricing for this place.

Do not stay if you have a choice. The staff is very unprofessional. Your not getting the stay you want for the price your paying

This place is an absolute disaster. Extremely rude staff. Screwed up our reservation that was made weeks ago. When we arrived, they downgraded us with zero explanation whatsoever. The staff was is rude. The heading is stained and has holes!!! Unbelievable. Absolutely disgusting hotel.

This hotel is very old and it might be a good time for the management to consider renovations. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. There is a restaurant/cafe on the ground floor.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and the location is quiet. It has a gym and a lounge area with a cute little cafe. I would definitely stay here again.

Was able to check in early, hostess very welcoming and respectful. The hotel itself when you walk in very clean. Was even given two complimentary breakfast passes.

The hotel seems a little dated. Rooms are a bit musty, but definitely served its purpose. The staff there is excellent.

Amazing stay! Very clean. Rooms are Huge! Abundance of in room amenities. Front desk staff very sweet on check in. Overnight staff very sweet. Our room was haunted (jk) but getting in the tv looked like was digitally lined but we didn't care too much we were headed to the creed concert. Lol. After concert, when we got in the room, at 1 am, the lock popped out and wouldn't go back in and light blinking red to green. Went all the way to the desk to advise if the tv too.... and clerk followed us up and both worked fine. I promise we are not crazy.
Check out was nice and they allowed us an extra hour at no charge cuz we crashed out. Lol.
I have been to 4 hotels in this area since October and this is now going to be my go to forever. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The front desk attendant, Jamika, was a delight. She was extremely personable and kind. She answered questions readily and helped us figure out employee paperwork associated with our stay. (One of us works for Marriott)|The room was spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable.
