Positive: The area is nice and you?re right in the heart of the Glendale entertainment district and LOTS of restaurants. I just think the aloft hotel needs to have some additional amenities and updates to the rooms and Provide FREE breakfast! Something is needed Negative: The room had NO microwave, the Tv was HORRIBLE, the shower gel holders were broken and there was stains on the carpet and to top it all off you have to pay $15 per day to park your car which is ridiculous

Nice place. The high ceiling was not needed. Showers were amazing. No fan for the bathroom. The bed was soft. The pool was semi heated but hey it's winter and you can swim. No hot tub was a disappointment. Had to ask for towels for the pool. They charge for parking but didn't tell you except on the parking ticket to put in the window. But it was a decent room. No microwave and small fridge with no freezer. Ice was on another floor and I was on the 1st floor. Didn't make sense but ok. Lots of usb ports and lighting.

If you're expecting a typical hotel stay, this is not the place for you. They do not clean your room or replace your towels every day. Did not see this info when we booked online and didn't know until the first night, and I had to go to the check-in and get new towels. We were on the first floor and you can hear everything on the 2nd floor....had a couple arguing and slamming doors for a couple hours in the middle of the night. They never vacuum or clean the hallways. There was trash in the hallway for the 3 days we were there and never got picked up. No free breakfast, coffee cups in the rooms are mismatched and had some stains on the bed covers. It's not a good place for a family, but maybe for a couple retreat of 1 night. Almost forgot about the used bandaid seen in the pool area....we quickly left the pool.

Check-in was staffed by friendly, knowledgable employees. Asia was especially helpful- please give her a gold star. Great location for seeing concerts, games etc at Diamond Desert or State Farm Arena. Good spaces for walking, gym was well equipped, pool well-maintained. Beautiful lounging spaces and bar in the lobby with lots of games, pool table, Jenga and TVs. Lots of eating and shopping walkable from the hotel. Would definately stay again.

Room small. Filthy carpet. One sink. No microwave. Bar had no Crown Royal, ran out of Titos and off brand nasty brandy. One real small bar of soap. One cup coffee maker with awful brand of coffee. One bottle of water. Furniture not comfortable. Nice location, and service not bad. Great pillows.

This hotel was really nice. Was in town for a couple of days and decided to stay here with my daughter and girlfriend. The hotel room was really comfortable and the beds were really comfortable!! My kid loved the swimming area, because she could keep cool in the extreme heat of Arizona in the summer! I enjoyed the complimentary internet that allowed me to connect and check emails and talk to friends easily. The parking fee was not bad, and we were close to Dave and Busters which is always a good place to go to. The shower was amazing and the shower head had the perfect amount of power. The staff that I dealt with were friendly and they were always there with a smile when we came through the lobby. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel room for a convention happening next year in Feb. They fully charged me two months in advance and I had to cancel due to medical issues and it is completely nonrefundable. I think that is a total scam and will not be recommending any Alofts. I am so disappointed in the hotel industry with these nonrefundable bookings.

Positive: Location only Negative: Lots. 1st. fire alarm going off & no one being told what was going on, we were left to stand outside for awhile. The failure from staff 2 inform u that ur deposit u put on the room wouldn't be returned until 5 or more business days & so much more.
