I actually loved the stay but after I left I was charged a $250 deep cleaning fee and when I asked why, I was told that the room smelled so heavily of cigarettes that they couldn't rent the room out the next night and had to deep clean it. I do not smoke. I have never even tried a cigarette. When I asked for documentation proving this fee, I was told they cannot email odors. Now my $300 stay has turned into $600 because they also kept my $100 incidental deposit. I am very unhappy and just want to warn others. They haven't responded to me with the managers name or contact info either.

Great hotel for being close to the racetrack. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean although lacking some light in the king suite. Pool and hot tub were clean. I’d stay here again for sure.

Upon checking in, Lobby was great however .Once we got to the 3rd floor and our room, and outside hallway. Smelled of cigarettes bad. I went down to the receptionist to let them know and to make sure I wouldn't be charged with any damages for the smell. He assured me I wouldn't be. Long story short front of hotel is definitely a Hilton, past that though it felt like a motel 6

Great place to stay if you are looking for clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was great even though it is not included in our stay. I just wish they had exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious! The restaurant served really good food and drinks as well.

Pet friendly with a great bar and grill. Doorways were wide enough that I was able to get a large dog kennel through which prevented me from staying at other hotels. I will now prioritize this hotel over others in Phoenix.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The downside is that this hotel was obviously built super cheap. I could hear people in the room next door, people in the hallway, and the window was a single pane glass that was loose. I could hear every single car on the highway all night
