We booked for three days, charged over $600. They are out of all dishes, silverware, cups, pots, everything & anything, including the expected package & optional ( toaster, etc). Also no dishwasher soap, scrubber, conditioner, every cupboard bare. We booked extended stay so we could use the kitchen facilities but nope. Also the "fitness room" machines are broken and useless. We are paying $223 a night with tax. Please don't stay here, it's a complete waste.

Highly recommend to staying here! So my family and I were mislead into a motel via Expedia on our first night so the next day we went out and find this new wonderful place not only did he give a great deal he also showed us the rooms before final purchase. They were clean and newly renovated. I have absolutely no complaints and we stayed a week. Thank you James for saving out Christmas trip we are truly grateful to you and your wonderful customer service. Thank you so much!

The room much cleaner than expected for an extended stay facility. I've had some not so good past experiences. Staff was great. Check in was quick and easy! Parking was free and accessible close to my unit/room. The overall property was very well maintained. Very close to many food places and gas stations. Just a few miles away chandler fashion center.

If I could give Zero stars I would. rooms were fairly clean upon arrival. Check out comes around and we make sure the room is damn near spotless. To our surprise we get charged $100, so I go back and ask why we were charged an extra $100 to be told we left the room very dirty walls and all which was a lie so i leave and go back and ask the management to show me pics of the room because i have pics of how it was left and he says he’ll go take some pics, then when he knew he was caught in a lie he stated we had an unauthorized pet, I said no when I checked in I stated we had a service dog. He asks why the service dog wasn’t at my side then and I said he’s with my husband, he’s my husbands service dog. He said what service does he provide, I said he’s for my husband who’s a diabetic and he alerts my husband to when he is in hypoglycemic shock and about to pass out. He said ok well the $100 is to clean the dog hair from vents because dogs hair gets into vents and makes the rooms stink so we need to do a deep clean, I have never heard of that plus extended stay policy is to not charge a fee for service animals or any cleaning fee for service animals. When I went to record him he refused because he knew he was lying and even told me that it’s illegal to record yet Arizona is a one party state so as long as one party to the conversation consents then it is not illegal. He didn’t want to be recorded because he lied. That $100 he took from me was to feed my kids so how does extended stay feel about taking food out of kids mouths? James is a disgrace and should not be a manager anywhere. If I could add the small portion of the video I was able to obtain here I would. If James would have asked for my service dogs paperwork I would have given it to him to prove he is charging me when he isn’t supposed to even though the law states he isn’t allowed to ask for verification I still would have given it. I paid all that money to stay in that room for the 2 weeks I stayed there and he was just mad that we weren’t staying any longer and nobody wants to stay in them rooms, that hotel is damn near empty but it isn’t my fault you don’t get business at that location, maybe if he wasn’t getting high and nodding out in the lobby you’d have more business.

James was absolutely amazing!!! The minute we walked in the lobby he greeted us and left us store our luggage until our rooms were ready and when they were ready he made sure that they were clean for us. Such a nice guy !! ☺️

Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: There ws no ice machine. There was no advertised pool. There was no dish ware in the EXTENDED STAY. There wasn't even cups. The water shut off!!!!! I had no water to brush my teeth, wash my hands nor shower. They offered no care nor concern for me.

I'll tell you what, I stayed there for about three months and I found the experience to be less than pleasing. First of all, they will enter your room without your permission, and even without your knowledge. Yes, almost every time I would return to the motel my door card would not open the door. They told me it was because I had it too close to my phone and was demagnetizing. A lie, people have their door cards taped to the back of their phone and it works just fine. The real reason is because they are coding new keys while you are out. And one morning, the manager unlocked the door and burst into my room, almost letting my dog run out the door. This unlawful entry is actually a crime and if my dog has gotten loose and been injured, need I finish this sentence?

So dirty and run down. My feet were black from walking in the room barefoot within the hour. Counters also really dirty. Every surface has dirty and grime. I stayed three nights. Went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they said they wouldn’t give them to me since they weren’t servicing my room that day.
