We stayed for 2 nights. Friday and Saturday. A maid was cleaning the room next to outs as we went out on Saturday morning so we put the maid service required hanger on our door. We would have been happy if they just emptied the trash and made the bed but they had not been n when we returned at 4.
Otherwise the room was ok. If the bed did not have a thick wood frame outside the mattress it might have felt roomier.
Location was good for us but there is a fair amount of traffic noise.

Pros: Cute little rooms, decent pricing, and the location is very close to a lot of restaurants because it's so close to the university. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Cons: Poor planning on management's part meant hardly anything available for breakfast on Thanksgiving weekend. The options were toast, bagels, muffins, or yogurt. Cereal too, but no bowls or milk. Not even fruit or a waffle iron. Pretty lacking even for a continental breakfast. Hotel could also use some renovations. Wallpaper was peeling, sink was damaged, and there appeared to be scribbles with marker on one of the pictures in our room. The turn off from the street is also a little inconvenient and parking is cramped.

Nice little hotel! We stopped here after a late flight and were helped quickly and greeted with a neat and tidy room. Small hotel, kind front desk, a cheap uber ride from the airport. Worked for me!

the room was sooo small but cute and updated. but i kept hitting my legs on the bed frame. i originally needed to stay for 3 nights but left after the 2nd night due the extreme loud traffic outside. i couldn't even sleep. they should offer a warning bout how loud the street traffic is. i normally sleep w my sleep sounds machine on, but it was too loud to even hear that. It's all day traffic noise. the pool faces the main srreet so no real privacy, so i didn't want to use it. and lastly, they dont give enough toiletries. room comes w the smallest bottles of soaps it only lasts 1 day.

Showed up and had to wait 20 minutes for front desk person to show up. Went in room to take shower, no towels. Called front desk, got it taken care of. Other than that, clean rooms, they have an outdoor pool, no hot tub fyi.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Reasonable rates and good customer service. I pick this place for a staycation it's well maintained and provides breakfast the best.

I liked our room but there definitely is some improvements that could be made. The showers really, really need a curtain — it’s ridiculous how much water was on the bathroom and entrance floor of the room after one of us showering because the water just goes everywhere . The bathroom in our room was sizeable but no counter space was available. Some odd things like an alarm clock that had nowhere to be plugged in. Pillows are BAD, just straight rocks.

I think the location is great but I wish I could’ve spent less on a room like this but I did read the reviews. What truly makes up for it was the friendliness of the staff and overall, it’s a neat place near the university but you don’t get what you pay for, unfortunately, 3 stars is all I can give despite all the good this place can offer.
