Chef Terry and crew knock it out of the park every time! We've used the BBQ Daddy 4 times now for our employee appreciation gatherings and it's been a success each time. Pro Tip: pay for the grilling on site. It's a great visual and gets everybody good and hungry smelling the food as it grills. Chef Terry is friendly and outgoing with everyone and makes sure all get what they want.
Consistantly great food every time. Professional set up and clean up. Food hot and ready on time as promised.
Will definitely be using them again.

QFire Catering exceeded all expectations at our Cousins Reunion. The service was impeccable, with professionalism and punctuality that made our event truly memorable. Chef Terry went above and beyond to accommodate our specific requests, ensuring that the temperature of our meats were perfect. From appetizers to salads, main courses to dessert and drinks, the full course meal was simply exquisite. We had an abundance of delicious food, allowing us to pack to- go plates for our group of die - hard Buckeye Fans. This is by far the best BBQ you can have at your event in San Diego. The Brisket, tenderloin, and tritip is cooked to perfection. Terry and his team are doing a phenomenal job . I can't wait to try this BBQ again. It is finger-licking good👌🏽!

Amazing food, Professional team and awesome people, Terry, Alex and Elijah handled all of our requests (even the last minute ones) to help us put on a cool BBQ and Bubbles party for our members and guests. This is the team you need for your next BBQ or any catered gathering/event, the food before we completely devoured it was stunning and mouth watering.

Terry and his entire crew were out of this world awesome at my wedding 11/14/2020. The entire quarantine he was there to answer questions and be flexible. The way he runs his business is admirable! The food, the staff, the friendliness - I can't pick which was my favorite. My guests are still raving about these awesome guys and literally the best mac n cheese we've ever had! Do yourself a favor, skip the BS of expensive wedding caterers and ask Terry to grill onsite, serve hand-passed apps, and serve up the food family style. Best wedding food ever!

I hired Qfire to cater a 100 person company lunch event and everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about the taste, value, and convenience. Chef Terry was so quick to communicate when getting pricing and gave us recommendations based on our budget and guest count which was very helpful. We used their buffet service option where they set up and provided personnel to serve. The servers were very punctual, professional, and personable and they were ready for service at the agreed upon time. In addition to cleaning up their table set up when finished, they also bussed the trash at our tables, took it out, and packaged any leftover food for us. There was a reasonable amount of leftovers and we used that for another employee appreciation lunch the week after. It was the most convenient catering option our company has ever used and we will definitely use them again.

We hired BBQ Daddy to cater an event in February for about 90 people and couldn't have been more happy with Terry and his staff. He was very engaging on the grill and described the meal to our guests so they knew what to expect. The food was delicious! I would definitely hire BBQ Daddy again and would recommend him to anyone.
