Been coming here off and on for the past 15 years. Price has gone up double from the last time we stayed. There are 2 showers one has a trickle of only cold water and the other has a soggy broken cracked fiber glass floor where you have to where shoes so you don't cut the bottom of your feet. I did mention it to the caretaker and she didn't seem to care. We also spoke to some other rv customers and they have also noticed that the facility has detiorated immensely. During our stay two years ago this other guest and myself put in a couple horseshoe pits. We put in the labour at no cost just for something to do. I could not believe what it looked like now. Just like everything else it has gone down hill very fast. Never again

Small park in a country setting. We originally planned to stay for a month but realized after a week that it wasn't a good fit. Neighbor across the street was extremely inhospitable and had a very annoying Halloween Cat decoration that meowed every time someone walked or drove by. There were also several wild roosters which crowed all night. There were a lot of seasonal folks, some friendly and some who didn't seem to appreciate our presence. The laundry room was not appropriate for the size of the park and the swimming pool was not heated (55 degrees!). With a little TLC and updating this pool could be transformed into a lovely gathering spot. The grounds and clubhouse also need some attention but the numerous citrus trees in the park bear delicious fruit. The manager and owner were super friendly and Bob (owner) was very gracious when we decided to leave earlier than expected and gave us a generous refund. Although it didn't work out for us, I'm sure it would be a great spot for some.

Love spending the Winters in this exceptionally friendly park. The owner and manager interact with the guests, so they know and understand any needs or wants we have, and do everything they can to keep the family here happy. Lots of group activities, and there are always block parties going on for anyone that wants to participate. We love the people, the weather, and the location. It's close to old town and all the places we like to visit and shop. Highly recommended. Not big and Glitzy, just a nice homey feeling park.

Wonderful gem in the middle of the city! Most of the units are winter residents but they also have prime open spots for travelers like us. They have a great clubhouse with daily activities if you choose to join in. This is about the friendliest campground we've encountered over our 50,000 miles of travel. We will definitely stop here again!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights in October and it was off season, very quiet. Loved all the citrus trees.Manager very friendly and helpful. Good location and we were able to ride our bikes around neighbourhood, no hills. We were in our RV in the evenings only since we toured around during the day. This was our first time in Yuma so had to see the sights. Prison tour is worthwhile. You can't beat the price at this rv park, I would recommend it for anyone who is not looking for a 5 star. Felt very safe here, even though it's in a bit of a rough looking neighbourhood. It's fun to be a bit adventuresome while travelling.

We arrived at 4:50 pm on a Monday. I just stopped onto the office porch, area when I heard voices from afar. (On my smart phone, it showed that the office closes at 5pm. Perhaps those are summer hours.) After hearing an expletive, Ruth came over to inquire. Apparently we arrived after hours, and she was mad. I tried my best to lighten things up. We paid our money the next morning. I have never heard so many cars, or trucks needing a muffler, so traffic noise was loud, all night long. In hindsight, we should have left because Ruth was rude, and could have done so much better to be welcoming. If instructions for after hour registration was provided, we would have followed those rules, and taken care of it on our own.

This place is what some of the reviewers have said: it's seen better days. While convenient to the Yuma Territorial Prison, that's the only redeeming feature it has. There are dirty cats, chickens and donkeys running around - which is normally quaint if the place is kept up, but everything about this place is tired and unkempt. The lady who appears to run it is nice, but she couldn't find the key to the pool in that mess of an office of hers. There is no TV reception off the antenna, no WiFi and the pool is borrowed from an apartment complex next door, which my husband could never find because it's a block away from the RV park. An emergency stopover at best.

The road to Rolle's is in a typical Mexican neighbourhood. You wonder what you are getting yourself into. But when you turn into the gate you find a very nice and clean RV park. Something else you don't see so much is grassy sites, a sea of green grass. Backing up my RV into my site I brushed against a grapefruit tree. Nice. It turned out if you talked to the residents of the park and the owners you could help yourself to oranges, grapefruit, tangerines. The people are super friendly. I watched a winter resident pick oranges off a tree with his ladder and when he was done he came over and offered us the oranges. My wife and I were soon offered to come over and have coffee. Owners are very helpful and friendly. But yes do not expect to use the pool. Ongoing problems with the neighbourhood chickens had something to do with it.
