W2nd Historic Inn is one of the best, if not the best, Inns we have ever stayed at! My husband and I were blown away by every fine and careful detail planned out for the best stay a guest could ask for. We loved the fresh choice snacks, ready to make coffee and the selection of teas! The scones & fruit in the morning were just incredible, I could have them for every meal. You can’t beat the phenomenal location to downtown , walking distance to everything in Mesa. The off street parking is gated as well for the Inn. It was beyond a pleasure to be able to spend some R&R here while both my husband and I were able to take some time away from work. Both my husband & I would 150% recommend this beautiful Inn for anyone who is wanting the finer details, privacy and just a cozy atmosphere to stay. We can’t wait to plan another stay. We feel like Bed & Breakfasts are the way to travel. It’s like being at home and the care the inn keepers provide is top of the line in every way, W2nd was just that! TOP of the line! ❤️

The W2ND Inn proved to be just what were looking for in our 4 day return visit to the Phoenix area. Getting away from chain hotels, the Inn is a quiet, charmingly appointed oasis. Innkeepers Kevin and Shauna are warm and attentive hosts, and all the details they provide are top notch - from an excellent light breakfast to the beautiful outdoor pool/lounging area and the always available refreshments. Our suite was bright, spacious, and had all the amenities we could have wanted.

We booked a night at W2nd because it is within walking distance of the Mesa Arts Center for a Jesse Cook concert, but we got so much more! The property is gorgeous, our hosts Kurt and Shauna are amazing, and the amenities are above and beyond our expectations! We highly recommend it and will be back!

Centrally located in downtown Mesa - walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the Valley Metro.

You will be warmly welcomed by Kurt and Shauna and provided with a daily breakfast that is especially prepared for you (the scones are amazing)!!

Excellent! The Inn is wonderful, exceptionally clean and convenient to the downtown area. The Hosts are also excellent, professional yet genuine, kind, and attentive. A great place to kick back and relax. My wife is gluten-free and Shauna made a batch of gluten-free scones for her! These days it is hard to find real value for your money and time, but you will find it here!

This place is truly beautiful. Kurt and Shauna go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in this home style inn. In mornings do not forget to request the free scone service, these are a must have. We will for sure be back!

We did not know what to expect when booked a 4 night stay in Mesa, Arizona. I always prefer to stay at a B&B and the W2ND did not disappoint. Kurt & Shauna greet you upon arrival and show you around the Inn and your room. They have “help yourself” snacks and drinks available at all times. For breakfast Shauna makes her incredible scones; every day is a different flavor and they are delicious. The additional breakfast items at a small charge are an excellent value.

The Inn is a lovely period home and our room was bright & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is small but you can use it at any time and a great way to get the day started or to cool off after a day out. We had no knowledge of the area and had no agenda, but we had a wonderful time exploring the lake areas that Kurt recommended. I only gave 4 stars for location but that is for the town of Mesa which is still in the process of revitalization. The Inn, however, is conveniently located within walking distance of museums & restaurants and is on a quiet street with beautiful long front lawns.

I highly recommend W2ND over a hotel/resort; no parking or resort fees and amazing hosts. You feel right at home but better because Shauna & Kurt are very attentive without being intrusive.
You will not be disappointed!

Enjoyed all that W2ND had to offer us during our recent visit to Mesa AZ. The room was decorated nicely, very relaxing and clean. Access to private pool area and the two porches definitely a bonus, feels like home, only better! And yes, I loved seeing the puppies run in their own side yard.
It was nice to meet Kurt and Shauna. BTW, Delicious scones Shauna, nice job!
