Excellent pizza. Crust had good chew and consistency. If you are on the fence about thin crust I would recommend it because it isn’t thin thin but medium thin. Took a little longer than we expected but the waitress was real nice and checked on our eta a couple times. I recommend getting there before 6:00 for happy hour drink and happy hour app first. 100% coming back for our next pizza fix!

Ahwatukee Nello's Pizzeria + Italian Kitchen is a great place for food, family and fun. We had the charcuterie board and pizza. Both were fantastic. The service was inviting and warm and the atmosphere on the patio was perfect for the evening. If you, are in Ahwatukee and want good Italian food, good wine and atmosphere, Nello's is your place.

customer service was great. Pizza crust was thin and crispy. So good. The olives, onions and veggies were so satisfying. Drinks were great. Bold but sweet for my Pretty in Pink or something of that nature. Sorry Nellos. The bread served wt the Board was AMAZING!

I came here with my mom for my birthday. Kamryn was our server and she was excellent! Very nice and personable and she was on top of everything. We had the caprese and a Margherita pizza. Both were delicious and as expected. The food was good, but the service was the star.

Amazing food and experience! The service was spectacular and everybody was so kind and nice, specifically Aubrey the to-go worker. I ordered a pizza and while I was waiting we had a nice chat, and she was very pleasant to talk to. A very kind, professional, friendly, polite worker. Very pretty too!

I was having a really hard week so I got take out to make things a little easier. Aubrey was so kind when helping me with my order! She was so caring and patient and it truly made my day. I hope she knows her kindness did not go unnoticed <3

Although my server was great and the whole experience was very accommodating to my time constraints and the fact that I had my young grandson in there, the pizza was not satisfactory whatsoever.
It was very overcooked. The crust was hard and my grandson ( allowing for the fact that he's 6 and losing teeth) stated that it hurt to chew it. Server told him to chew on the side! So we ate just the center toppings. He took his remaining pieces, but they weren't eaten. We ended up throwing it out.
Like I said, the service was great, but we discussed it when placing the order. I was going to order the deep dish and server told me that the hand tossed would be a softer crust. Perhaps I should have ordered light baked!! But we had a discussion when we were placing the order that I did not like a hard crusted pizza...
There was a big party and it was beside us and their pizzas looked amazing and not overcooked.
It would appear the attention was on the party.....
I did express my disappointment, but that was it.
Not happy and just being honest.

BTW, I was visiting in Phoenix, so I won't try this again...

We love Nello's, this is the first time we had their food delivered. While they cannot control the delay in our food getting to us (took 2 hours from order to delivery), they could control what was included in the bag. Both my husband and I were missing items that were ordered. Please do better quality control before the food is picked up. Thank you.
