Absolutely incredible! The staff was so kind and attentive—everyone loved it! A special shoutout to Jamie, who was with us all three days of the conference and was amazing, but truly, the entire team was fantastic. The mobile coffee bar was a huge hit—so much fun creating our own shapes in the foam!

We had a fantastic experience with Liquid Caterers for an intimate birthday party with 14 people - our bartender Kristin was fantastic, leading us through a tequila/mezcal tasting with accompanying flavor enhancers and then making agave based cocktails for our event. The experience working with Liquid Caterers was a breeze - with all communication, contract, and payment via their easy to use portal. Highly recommend their service for events small and large.

Liquid Caterers did a fantastic job providing a custom hot cocoa bar for a recent holiday event. They were prompt and friendly, and our attendees loved the hot cocoa and toppings. We also did a custom design on the whipped cream, which the attendees loved!

We had the most amazing experience with Liquid Caterers. MaryKay followed up on our initial inquiry with a phone call to discuss our vision for a private mixology class for a Bachelorette. She was so personable, organized, and creative with bringing our vision to life. The booking process was easy and the back and fourth to finalize the day was seamless. They also designed the most adorable edible toppers for one of the cocktails, customized with the esthetic of the wedding and the Bachelorette phrase. The day of the event, Britini was our bar tender and she was great! She fit into our group so well and got the party going (which was a tough ask after a late night of partying the night before!). She was the right balance of educational and fun throughout the class and also gave options for mocktails. The set up was adorable and she left the kitchen spotless. We would highly recommend Liquid Caterers.

Liquid Caterers was hired as the bartenders for a wedding in the desert where I was the Wedding Planner this past weekend! Their team was wonderful to work with! The venue where the wedding reception was held was very unique and required additional communication to ensure vendors could access it. Jake and I communicated many times during the planning season discussing the details on the phone and via email. I was very appreciative of his help! On the wedding day, Mike dropped off the Wooden Tap Wall the bride & groom had rented and Ryan was our bartender for the evening. When we had some unexpected details change (as they sometimes do on event days!), Mike went out of his way to take extra care of us to ensure we were ready before the wedding guests arrived! Ryan was wonderful to work with as we setup and during the reception. It was a hot Saturday so he stayed extra busy keeping the guests hydrated. Ryan kept me updated about which drinks were the most loved by the guests so I knew for future weddings too, which I appreciated! The Liquid Caterers team was great and I hope we get to work another event or wedding together in the future! Thanks for taking great care of us!

I absolutely LOVE working with MaryKay and Kinsey. The LC team is incredible. I got the pleasure of working with them for the first time during the pandemic and they helped us execute an incredible client event while keeping everyone safe and healthy. Since then, they have assisted me with multiple events at my new company. Their team always matches our energy and provides KILLER service.

The company responded to my party inquiry quickly and during holiday season. I was planning a quick party, and people were so friendly, accommodating, and reasonable. They helped me plan and execute flawlessly and I have very high expectations! Our bartender was not only very professional, sweet, kind, and thoughtful. She also made a video of our occasion when we didn't even know we needed! Thank you all, we will see you again!
